It usually seems more tedious for me to find a stream for what I want to watch. Chances are if there's no torrents for something you won't find it to stream either. The only benefit I've found for streaming is if I want to quickly watch a specific section of an episode of something and in that case (if I can find a stream) it's more convenient to do that. But for watching an entire series having all the episodes on your HDD is generally better for me.

im used to watch 720p anyway, not even full screen, almost every first anime when i started watching, ive seen in 360p, i switch to full screen 1080 only when there is some good animation or im eating and lying back
