Yes. Superman has tanked some hard shot shot hough it depends which. Hulk can definitely take punches though on how he tanks it depends. First punch out of nowhere hell survive but taken aback but if he continues he will constantly grow and adapt to it. Hulk may die then again his regen gets ridiculous at times in the comics and recently a story about him coming back from the dead. Also Hulk at times when dealing with too much damage can get tired out and has been beaten or knocked out of his hulk form numerous times. superman is another story depending on which one is used. Some are weal and would lose and others are ridiculous, even or just unfair. Though that's comics as both characters have many different timelines or writer versions that differ in strength.
Oh yeah that fight. Pretty good especially since this so the 52 one they used where he had that supernova move. You are right it doesn't show much of how superman is smart. Someone made a hulk v Saitama fight which was pretty similar to how I would seen it gone besides the Saitama breaking his arm bit.

They did which is why the first episodes had some stuff changed from what the first real PV showed. So they know however they can't do much with lack of talent
As for hype its not important. Higher ups choose the studio so it was their fault plus pre production problems, time constraints and a bad staff. One works on the manga still so additions to the story are from him mostly with some from Murata like fights and characters. Web is just his hobby.

He's still strong and s class worthy but his nerfing would hinder him compared to bedore when he was able to deal with the threat of a giant robot, a destroyed bridge, a kitten in a tree and other problems all in one files swoop and in a couple of seconds to a minute.
