Shark devil shouldn't wear pants. Now it's canon that devils affect the clothes of the host, except when the author needs to show damage. It's just a minor thing, but it's unnecccasary.
The violence devil makes no sense. He wears the mask on his own will, so he's loyal to the bureau. So why nerf him? Or is the the translation of "too strong" wrong, like it should be "too aggressive"?
Spiderdevul looks more like a calamari if anything, but at least the zipper implies we will see his real form before he dies.

Not all devils are created equally. Some are obviously stronger than others and chainsaws are just what Denji got. There might be something special about him, which is why the gun devil wants his heart ,but we don't know about it yet.

What sets Denji apart is that he can be revived infinitely as long as his Cord can be pulled and there is blood in the vicinity. Where other Devils have a heart that when destroyed kills them (permanently or not is not known but its likely that it is), Denji can be brought back.
Being made out of chainsaws is fantastic in a melee encounter, which most Devil fights seem to be.

Pochita (or the "Chainsaw Devil") is actually one of the strongest devils out there, second only to the Gun Devil. Guns and Chainsaws are almost equally horrifying after all, which Makima even pointed out when asked why she thinks Denji can fight the gun devil. Remember that Pochita is injured when Denji first meets him in the graveyard. Chances are the cute doggo we saw in chapter 1 was just some kind of temporary form he took to recover from his injuries before changing back into his real form, but then he met Denji and decided to just chill with him instead because he's based.

I’m certain Denji also shares the same weakness as them when it comes to having his heart destroyed. Even more so when considering that the one source of his powers and revival is literally his heart. That’s why the enemy is constantly instructed to not to destroy his heart when capturing him.

A Chainsaw has phallic symbolism. A chainsaw makes a lot of noise and can be intimidating. The fact that Denji could transform into an actual Chainsaw that Aki will use to kill the Gun Devil where Denji then gets bloodlusted and gruesomely and violently and painfully turns on Aki.

It's an insane weapon. Guns and knives are scary but completely reasonable and just about anyone could see their way to using them, while chainsaws are the purview of screaming splatterpunk maniacs, there's an additional expectation of a Leatherface chasing you and making pig noises. Actually the difference between Denji and the other devil-men is that Denji is using Pochita's body to live rather than a devil taking over a dead body.
