Fate's world building and concepts are the best thing about it. That's why it keeps producing spin-offs that are trash but still garner attention. The setting and technical aspects are damn appealing.

Speaking as not-a-Sakurafag (saberchad reporting in) I like Sakura because despite all the bullshit she was out through and all the guilt she has because of Shirou, she still finds strength enough to WANT for something. If you've ever met a real life victim (which you haven't) you'd know that she is actually really bold and courageous for actually trying to take Shirou for her own.

Sakura is a well written character for what she's supposed to be, but it still doesn't work for me desu, she was a literal who for the first 2 routes and now when she has her own route, Shirou gives up the ideals he's been wrestling for the first 2 routes for a literal who (in the reader's eyes, not Shirous) and she acts as the catalyst for pure evil for most of it.

Dunno, I never 100%ed it. I played it on and off for like a year until I eventually finished it without the walkthrough. And unlike HA, KT is kind of unforgiving. There are a lot of SoL in both but in KT some scenes can become inaccessible if you don't do them early enough but keep advancing the story.

SeeDon't think too hard about it. Look at Gilgamesh for example. 3 different people across the 3 routes. Nasu wasn't very consistent.

Sakura's route makes a lot more sense when you realize Nasu is a woman. That's definitely a story a woman would write.

That's just you being a speedreader. There's an incredible amount of subtleties to her character to the extent only Shirou and Kotomine are comparable to her when it comes to being fleshed out.
This is explicitly addressed, to the extent that her character song is all about it. She thought she didn't deserve him and that he'd be happier with someone else.

For what it's worth, I () am a Sakurafag. isn't really true in the common route scenario, only once Shirou starts to pay attention to her in early HF and in post-FSN works like FHA. The Rain scene has her spilling her heart out about how she was conflicted between her reason telling her to give up on Shirou and stop visiting him for his own good and her feelings refusing to let her do so.
