I've been getting into anime and manga lately and just watched 1st episode of pic related Chuuniboy stuff, since I saw a lot of pictures and references on the boards but I just can't fucking take it no more. Didn't understand a lick of this Dark Flame Master stuff and I got massive waves of cringe going through my body while watching it, physically convulsing like in an epileptic having a seizure.
Is this considered as a pretty standard or even a popular anime? Is it considered "normal" even in Japanese standards?
thats an original show from Kyoani I would take that show is a normal one but there are way better ones out there, lurk Yea Forums for some hours and you will come to find better shows for sure. Myself I cant stand any of Kyoanis shows except some of ther old ones

Don't worry, it's just moe with forced melodrama. The studio that made this anime isn't very good, they only make bad anime. Just watch something from a good studio.
