Yes. Though for this series the LN and manga are sort of different beasts, and the Anime is sort of a middle point between them in terms of characterization, while also having a story going a unique direction from both of them during it's last parts.

I didn't, I only just managed to finish it and found out that S2 apparently managed to be worse. Seeing that ED it's nice that there's at least 1 thing I could like from the series.

The anime is much much much shorter than the LN. They mostly added in an extra encounter with an adversary to make the last episodes of the anime more action-packed that the LN had already taken out. The anime then got a movie which also uses locations, characters, etc from the LN again but basically diverts from what is literally written in the LN without really damaging the adaptation in any way.
Again there's already sort of a big difference in how the manga handles things versus the LN when it comes to characterization and stuff like internal monologue vs. slice of life elements. The anime kind of mediates between that but tends slightly more toward LN. It also has a spin-off series of Chibi Shorts that usually do little comedic retellings of things that happened in the LN that the anime didn't cover.
