They all go back to a place called Comic Festa, which is an online manga distributor a little like comixology. They have mainstream manga and I think they also original labels for these manga (I think all of these come from a label called TL Screamo). So they aren't ads for the manga, more ads for the service. The censored version airs for free but I think the uncensored airs on the app.
