As I remember Alaya also summon copy of CG and then send data to original as user says All that Emiya have - "books" with data about summon.

I think it's perfectly reasonable for someone who wants to save everyone to be bothered by looking at his report and seeing "Emiya Shirou killed 12 wrongdoers and purged the area of 7000 innocents to prevent further detection".

The trouble is that the one at the house does not know when those books arrived.

If the only thing Archer was getting was books he wouldn't have all those noble phantasms in UBW, those summonings must be affecting him in some way beyond that because EMIYA can't trace nps from the words he reads from a book.

We get s summary of what happened in F/SN and Archer expands a bit in HA refrencing London Bridge. Is that all or is there anything that talls us exactly what happened? Still in the middle of HA btw

If we go by F/SN, EMIYA made a contract with the world to stop some natural disaster that would have killed hundreds of people, but if we go by Extra and the UBW anime, he made a contract to stop a nuclear power plant from meltdown.

He made a contract with the world when he saw too many people die or something again and wanted to save his ideal because it’s the only thing he could save. So he got powers and was eventually betrayed by humans. Then became a CG who is teleported to save humans who are going to be killed by humans who he wants to save.

But side materials state that EMIYA already has thousands of nps by the time of the fifth HGW, and it's unlikely that he got them all from Gilgamesh considering he only shoots GoB like twice in the Fate route, in addition to nps such as Rho Aias which Gilgamesh is unlikely to actually use because of his personality. There is a lot of evidence points to him getting all those nps from his time as a counter guardian.

He's still summoned and he still has his RM so its not like being summoned doesn't affect him at all. As soon as he sees something its downloaded into his RM, into his very being I suppose, so it can stick around in there even if he doesn't really remember seeing it himself.

Heroic Spirits receive vague memories of other summonings. It's rarely anything concrete, and often a lot of Servants seem inclined to treat it as someone else's business. Like, "I vaguely recall something like this might have happened in another world, but I can't really accept those memories as mine". Often, the memories aren't even strong enough for the Servants to say anything concrete about them. Like, "I have a vague feeling that I might have seen this scenery somewhere in another point in space/time, but I don't really recall when or how". The records that Heroic Spirits receive in the Throne seem to just be vague memories of "another life".

As a Counter Guardian, Emiya is probably summoned far more often than any other Heroic Spirit in order to clean up messes in many different timelines. If it was just a handful of times, it might not matter, but if the ONLY records that Emiya receives are of such hellish landscapes and fields of corpses, eventually a solid picture will be formed. For eternity, Emiya can only see those kinds of worlds. Vague pictures of death and despair will merge together to form a single hole.

Yeah so my point was if he can keep the weapons he copies from his summonings as a counter guardian, it's likely isn't just a copy that later gets turned into a book, but the actual main body of the heroic spirit (I believe its mentioned early on about how the world is the only thing capable of summoning the main body of heroic spirits). He probably only counts the books to determine approximately how long he was working as a counter guardian.
Now that I think about it, Ragnarok would probably be considered a counter guardian level event.

Maybe, iirc the power plant was already about to explode by the time EMIYA got there, so he probably just prevented the disaster from causing any real damage by shutting down the power plant.
