It's a psychological manga about a boy who has a immensely warped bond with a overprotective and disturbed mother. She has no problem to off people down a cliff or emotionally manipulate her son.
Main issue of this seems to be the mental struggle of the son between blindly believing the woman who gave birth to him, to the point he let himself get used and wanting his own life.
Problem is, his mother seems to be a highly skilled manipulator who is aware how difficult it is for a child to against the parent they love.
In this manga however, the son is starting to develop some Oedipus Complex which is pushed on by his mother's emotional manipulation of her son.
