>Literally 12 Volumes and years of nothing happening
God this is the worlds slowest romance isn't it
Literally 12 Volumes and years of nothing happening
>12 volumes and years of Riko
Hell yeah dude.
I just want it to actually go somewhere, is that so much to ask
Wasn't the anime technically a flop?
Probably didn't boost sales much.
>>Literally 12 Volumes and years of nothing happening
Yea Forums was chilling this shit before. what happened?
Looks that way
This is one of the few series that had actual substance to it too, Doga did such a good job on it.
>of nothing happening
Is this a joke of some sort?
>13 Years of releases
>None of the girls actually kissed/got in a serious relationship unless they were in one from the start(Miser)
>The only girl in a relationship might as well not be in one at all
>no progress
Wow you must be brilliant at life long relationships
>Highschool romances should take years from first meeting to first kiss
Wanna know how I know you've never been laid?
The fact that either of us is posting here is ample material enough.
And that much time hasn't passed in the manga.
Thirdly, you seem like such a master of the Japanese psyche, so you tell me what's typical.
First meeting to first date?
1-2 Weeks
First date to first kiss?
1 Week if there's interest
First kiss to first sex?
1-3 Months
>First meeting to first date?
>1-2 Weeks
Really? In Japan? In high school? How do you know this? Disregarding the fact that the entire premise is about awkward chicks that can't get any.
>In Japan
Don't know
>In Highschool
Yes, absolutely, I went to Highschool in America, Germany and France for multiple months at a time, it was the same everywhere
>Don't know
Opinion discarded.
Good, then we can go back to discussing the lack of development in the manga
Not really, cause that's your opinion. It'd be another story if you gave a reasonable argument congruent with the context of the series.
Okay, lets keep this good faith then, I apologise for previous rudeness.
Do you enjoy a romance story that takes 13 years from the start to the MC actually realising her feeligns?
Because it seems extremly slow to me
Are you referring to Riko being a dumb dumb kid only realizing her cooties later on or the publication timeline? Cause I'm pretty sure it's shorter for both of those things.
If you mean generally, I don't mind as long as the execution of the journey is good. Way I see it, Miyahara is building it up slowly by showing how the actions of each day flow into the next and how each event affects the characters mood and how these ebbs and flows impact the long term relationships of each character. I'm in it for the journey, if I wanted a nut, well, C96 just passed and scans galore are abound until the next one.
Why do you feel there has been zero progress whatsoever?
We went from tsun to dere for all the pairing except the treasurer who already has a boyfriend and the chibi.
Endgame for some of the pairings will probably be the festival.
However, I agree that we've been on Namek far too long with the festival preparations.
>Namek far too long with the festival preparations.
I think it only feels that way due to 1 chapter per 4 months.
Well, maybe. Maybe also because I like Eyebrows but find Poop Prince lame and annoying. The other male love interests are cool though.
This is still ongoing?
Yes. We got a chapter a week ago. A week ago! Can you believe that?
Literally the only character to go from tsun to dere is Maki. Riko's interactions with Nagi were never 'tsun', Suzu doesn't have the ability to be tsun, Eno fell head over heels for the poop prince the moment they met.
>14 volumes of wonderful Ruri Miyahara blushes
I'm okay with this.
Season 2 fucking never and it hurts
So does Royal have a whole bunch of chapters lines up for a surprised dump or is it just a bitch to redraw for all those little comment lines everywhere in the manga
>all those errors
Welp, time to nap
it did fine, no major success but not even a flop, they simply knew to not adapt any actual hetero stuff to bait yuri/purityfags
Royal is just going slow because the manga releases slow and if we every do catch up with tankoubon releases it'd be yearly waits instead of every other month or so.
He did say he needed a new redrawer though, but I don't think it's the redrawing that's holding things back. I think the slow methodical pace is on purpose.
Sounds fair considering the tanks now that you mention it.
>Literally 14 Volumes and years of nothing happening
FIXED
tomato!
