When the anime comes out, I would really love it if they played around with the colors like the Volume Covers and the PV do.
Give the entire experience an almost psychedelic feel with lavender or yellow or green blood splatters and total palette swaps. Get some kind of experimental soundtrack to back it up and there is the possibility that the anime could be better than the manga, as rare as that is.

I get calling it niche but CSM still has the same appeal as a lot of other Jump manga i.e the fights, powers, violent moments and so on.
Things like the puke page might be a turn off for part of the readers but I don't know how much that affects its potential popularity.
In the end though I don't know, it's hard to predict these things.

That being said he can only regen as long as he can enter/restart his chainsaw mode. If he doesn’t have enough blood to go into chainsaw mode or restart it he’s a good as dead. Like when he was fighting the Leech Devil.
