Would you let her cook you a nice steak, Yea Forums?
this is library
>Her
It depends. Who is she, why does this look familiar, and why is this reading like a disgusting western comic?
It's been a long time since anyone made me a steak, OP.
Ribeye reigns supreme
Also nips will never understand how it feels to be American and have an abundance of beef. They can only fantasize about 100% beef in their little manga comics
>being this small
Boy, they really shrunk Flay down.
Ehhh, I'm not liking what they did to Flay's proportions, assuming this is THAT "Girls are Cooking."
>Also nips will never understand how it feels to be American and have an abundance of beef.
Yeah, this comic probably wouldn't translate well to an Eastern audience.
People who don't eat rare meat won't like the rest of this comic.
>assuming this is THAT "Girls are Cooking."
It is.
Holy shit, this is a blast from the past.
Fucking Girls Are Cooking threads. Man, those were fun.
Looks like the content has moved quite a ways away from its conception point, though.
>People who don't eat rare meat won't like the rest of this comic.
Why, how else do you eat meat?
>GAC is back
>let anyone cook steak for me
Over my dead body maybe.
>They shrunk Flay's tits and made her a loli
>Gave her a killer ass
>Teasing a fucking cowgirl outfit
They really know their target audience.
This panel just about killed me.
How old is this manga? All I can find from a quick search is a wikia page for "Girls are Cooking" that was deleted.
make steak? big mistake. never make steak, the miss make steak.
I live with my dad, no one has cooked me anything in years. I work in a restaurant and no one has offered to cook me anything ever. I have cooked all of my own meals and lately I have completely given up on sharing either. I'm making sourdough bread and duck liver pate with arugula salad to eat for the week. I'm not sharing anything anymore. I have given up.
It's made by an American duo. It's hosted on Tapas. This is the first "episode," and others are apparently planned.
The comic it's a spin-off of looks horrendous, but (also) apparently that artist has been canned in favor of this one.
It's less than a week old.
disgusting western drawn manga
>made by an American duo
>Tapas
>Webcomic
>Original comic looks like cancer
What the fuck, Yea Forums.
>Chuck-eye > rib-eye
Literally the same muscle separated by an arbitrary cut for less than half the price.
>hanger steak > tenderloin
As tender(if well prepared) and much more flavorful.
>disgusting western drawn manga
If OP had flipped the pages and edited the text, I never would've known it was Western-made. Neither would you.
>Literally the same muscle separated by an arbitrary cut for less than half the price.
>arbitrary
You clearly know nothing about butchery, Aniki.
>hanger steak > tenderloin
>As tender(if well prepared) and much more flavorful.
Hanger steak is much more temperamental. Tenderloin is less work. Both are great, but if I have to choose one it's going to be tenderloin every time.
So, changes from the original "Girls are Cooking" novel thing to this comic, here, seem to be as follows:
>Characters retain their designs but are no longer genderswaps of celeb chefs (Bobbi Flay became Bernice Flay, Grace Ramsay became Grace Attler, etc.)
>MC had his last name changed (Bellini, now)
>The setting is a restaurant, not culinary school
Sad that there are only 5 pages to read of this. It's not terrible.
i would have, there are subtle hints that only a high iq individual can analyze
also
second pannel on the left
thats absolutely disgusting
>I work in a restaurant and no one has offered to cook me anything ever.
Do you not have a good relationship with the cooks? I cook at a restaurant and I always offer to make waitstaff who don't act like shitbags something to eat.
On the off chance you're acting fine and they're just being dicks, I'm sorry to hear that. Food is meant to be something to be enjoyed by everyone.
>high iq individual
Cringe.
>second pannel on the left
I don't see the problem with it. It's subtle and moves on to the rest of the comic immediately afterward. It's OK to think mainstream things are funny-ish, user.
>being this mad over a single panel salt guy meme reference.
This comic is going to have plenty of delicious brown girls.
im saying the type of comedy is blatantly western, the art style also looks like it was pulled from a rondo comic
Neither of these are bad things.
they are if you combine them
>>arbitrary cut between 5th and 6th rib
>You clearly know nothing about butchery, Aniki.
They cut it that way only because beef quarters are sold that way.
>I live with my dad.
>I have cooked all of my own meals and lately I have completely given up on sharing either.
Why aren't you making anything for your dad?
It'd be nice. It'd be a nice thing for you to do for your dad.
She looks like Tatsumaki
