Man next episode will end when Tomioka blocks Shinobu's attack, that's chapter 43. If they keep the pacing of 3 chapters for the next episodes, it will cover half of the train arc. Even if they do 1.5 or 2 still they will get to it.

You should have noticed by now that the series runs pretty heavy on Buddhism beliefs, sould can linger around if they have unfinished business, and its interpretation of hell and heaven is transient, why do you think a demon's loved ones agrees to go to hell as well when the sob story ends? In buddhist beliefs the rings of the afterlife are mostly temporary, even if you go to hell you are just going to be punished for a long time before reincarnating again, to then live again and hopefuly be a good person so you can reach Nirvana, escaping the cicle of reincarnation.

It's pretty much implied to be him, the design is too distinct, but the fact Kaigaku dies without ever remniscing about that event is odd, if Himejima gets a new flashback and Kaigaku is not part of it then Gotouge really got lazy on this one, she didn't use distinct designs on flashbacks before for then to go and not mean anything later in the series.

For example, the there's the Breath of the Wind, the Wind Pillar cannot summon literal wind but it is almost irrelevant since his sword slashes are so ridiculously strong that the wind gust created by his sword swing alone can destroy concrete.

The anime made the fights more impressive, as unique as Gotouge's art is, fighting isn't her strong point, at least early on, recently the manga fights do look better in its coreography, she likely did some research on how to make her action better.
