So far we have seen just Sakura, Tae and Ai lose heads. And from those shorts moments it looked like that they can control their bodies even without heads. Hard to say, how potential head swap would work, but I personally imagine interesting plot about one of girls having Having body for some reason unavailable, so other girl will must offering own body to cover up, and together they will have to synchronize their movements to avoid cover to blow up.
Probably best option would be use this between Sakura and Tae as plot excuse to teach Tae actually dance.

Sincerely. Right now everything is possible right now. After season 1 plot is open to various possibilities and as was said, this season would good to explore some of the zombie aspects of area. Point is just, that possibilities here is so many, that this particular idea may not be the one that creators will choose. But on other hand nobody says that chances for it happening are zero. Question is rather what other Zombie elements can come into play.
