It's not really an anti-villain if they don't feel uncomfortable with being villainous. Griffith is not villainous until he chooses to be so, and he never regrets a thing.
Kashima is not traumatized. He does not retaliate for things done to him. He's bored because the system can't deal with him and he's psychopathic genius that sees nothing wrong with dealing with boredom by murdering people.
Kyubey is obeying his nature. His quest is 100% intellectual in nature. He's saving the universe from a threat so distant that he personally is not threatened by it - in fact, many Kyubeys die over the course of the anime and not a single Kyubey gives a fuck about that.

Yeah, no. His motives might be blurred between actually ruling and bringing peace across the land and actual desire to abuse his power, he has far too many "evil" moments to be called reluctant.
