I’ll answer my own question: it is her Stand「QUICKSILVER GIRL」
It’s bound Stand that lets her attach objects to her body like magnets on a refrigerator. She is not encumbered by the weight of the object, and she can multiply the object with the copy remaining joined to the original, forming a “branch” that she can control the direction of, but only their growth (they aren’t like arms or tentacles). She can, however, retract the beaches, which will bring back any objects impale. If she uses a hard enough object like a nail or a metal pipe she can even bore her branches through the ground. She can also “drop” the final copy of the object, allowing her to move it. She can make up to 52 copies of the object, but if she hits 52 the last copy it will be ejected with extreme force as a projectile. Normally the rate of growth varies depending on the size of the object but a relatively alert person should be able to dodge it if projected as a straight spike.
Unlike Osuragi who uses her Stand for murder and Hayasaka who subconsciously uses hers it to relieve stress, Chika mostly tries to uses her Stand to cheat at games with the TGC.
