I think it was about Misato doing daily life things and deling with people she doesn't like. I'm pretty sure it was meant to be a scene in Instrumentality similar to the alternate universe section in Ep 26. It had some gimmick, like it was the same universe but Shinji doesn't exist? Not sure on details.
