It kinda depends on what you like the most. The KnK novels are extremely introspective at times (in a good way). Moreso than Nasu's other work which I appreciate a lot. Tsukihime and F/SN also have their bright points of course. The former has a pretty unique, bleak sort of atmosphere and I really like F/SN's lore and the characters. I still haven't made up my mind on which one I like the most.

Lancelot's Knight of Owner allows him to take any weapon and use it as his own. Normally, this means that he can take items like an iron pipe or a machinegun and turn it into a D-rank Noble Phantasm, but he can also steal Noble Phantasms and have them retain their rank. He's only ever used it as a Berserker, though, and since he can't actually say their true names it's unknown if he can activate a Noble Phantasm that isn't his.
David's Hamesh Avanim allows him to shoot five stones with his sling. The first four shots are warning shots. The fifth shot is an extremely-difficult to avoid shot that's "sure to knock the opponent out". If it knocks the opponent out, David can then claim their shit as his own. Pretty sure there's only, like, one Servant in the entire Fifth Holy Grail War who could get hit by it. Again, it's unknown if he can activate true names.
Finally, there's Reincarnation Pandora, which is the strongest of the three. He can steal your shit. Even if it's non-corporeal, he can still steal your shit. He tried to steal Gilgamesh's shit but Gilgamesh was kicking his ass so Ishtar interfered.
