Wakaki got worldbuilder's disease and his ambitions got too big for his own good. The same thing happened to his previous manga, and it's telling that he described the giantess story arc as the one that really resonated with himself.
All-powerful elder god LCfer was clearly an ambitious idea he had early on that some anons even picked up on, and it is something of a shame that he lacked the skills to do it properly and had to info-dump it at the end.
