I also thibkbi realized how they did the gradients. They just slap them on the surfaces without refining them. I looked back at s1 and they had only a fee of similar gradients used in s2 but its refined and worked on. Also, it was never said he'd actually destroy the planet, that's just retards reading more into his words than what he said. He said the "face" of the Earth, and that wouldn't endanger all of humanity. And that used all of his power, so he can't just spam it either.

Gouketsu is too high, Psykos too low, base form Vaccine Man is likely already a high dragon, Ancient King was likely a high demon because of lore implications, Homeless Emperor could be a high dragon, Melzargard and Gororibas should be mid dragons, Gums beat Pig God so he should be mid dragon, BS should be high dragon because of the difficulty of extermination, not sure why you think that hedgehog monster is a high dragon, Beefcake is too high, yes he has good destruction feats due to his sheer size but he is clumsy and not a really a good fighter nor does he have any abilities. Also his durability is questionable and I can see the characters that you put in mid dragon put him down, same goes for Pluton.
It took Darkshine 15 min to beat rage kabuto at full power, definitely more in the high dragon level.

Tatsumaki says other heroes could've handled him and the mountain looks more like a big hill, I guess he is a dragon because the HA asked for Tats but in my opinion what we're seeing isn't enough to put him at high dragon.
I mean Genos at the start of the series has pretty close feats in terms of just raw destruction.

The HA said she sends Tats to kill the strongest monsters after she killed the rock one.
