The difference between these and the newer volumes isn't quite as drastic as with volume 1, but for what it's worth, here are three volumes worth of chapters from Fuz for a total of 39 (these chapters don't contain any specials from the volumes).
I wish Houbunsha released everything without their blurry filter, and especially Stella, as we had to suffer that torrid quality when doing the first volumes.
I think it would be more readable if you left some space between letters and bubble borders, even if you have to reduce the font size a little. In the top right panel under the chapter cover it looks a bit too tight.

Also, just delete the vertical ellipsis and question marks and write them in the text normally, the original ones look a little awkward in translated text.
What I personally do in that case is add a few spaces to counterbalance the ellipsis so the text looks properly centered, but that's optional.
