I have doubts that you can get the original res, if you mean "the res the mangaka produced the pages at". Mangacross is extremely inconsistent in its resolutions, some chapters being disgusting blown-up low res images, a few being very nice high quality, and most being a somewhat poor (but acceptable) upscale. Ripping it is seriously as simple as looking at the page info and grabbing the image URLs as you read, so I wonder about an alternative

They definitely don't upload the 900dpi or whatever that the artist probably works on, but it seems that there's certainly less blurry versions.
around here it seems like it's pretty easy to get distracted by the wrong files, or something along those lines.
