I don't think a second season would work well since senketsu is gone and Satsuki has fulfilled her purpose.

The whole series has fantastic animation. The beginning was a bit too bombastic and had a lot of filler. I had to turn it off, and wondered why people loved it so much. The middle episodes 8-18 are amazing.

What I meant to say is that I stopped watching before it got good. I went back hoping that I would get a better experience, was not disappoint.

Rewatched it for dub too. If you haven't heard Takarada's eng dub, you're missing out.
