Half of it has been translated already, but the last chapter was released about 8 months ago. This is especially frustrating when the sequel manga (Grappler Baki & Son of Ogre) are fully translated (not in English atleast). Baki Dou is still not fully translated and Itagaki has been drawing a Sequel to Baki Dou for almost a year now.

Allegedly some dude is going to pick it up and start scanlating it from where FA Scans have left it. I think he'll be using the French scans for translations since he is Canadian, I hope he does it but it's a one man thing and it would be bare effort. One of his favourite characters in it is Kasai and he really wants to do his arc.

It runs in a seinen manga so the kanji doesn't have furigana like shounen magazines do. It makes translating things hard when you run into kanji you don't recognize or don't know which reading to use.

Just get an OCR program. It's just slightly less convenient than furigana. For readings just assure it's the first one jisho throws at you, less common readings usually have furigana attached.
