Liz & The Blue Bird was better than the actual Eupho movie. It had the sort of intricacy and attention to each individual character and moment that I thought its counterpart lacked.

I hope I can still enjoy this movie and that one day KyoAni makes more like it. Please God.

IIRC even the seiyuu didn't know what Nozomi said there, it wasn't in the script.

This movie was pretentious trash.

Actually, it was an incredibly unassuming and non-pretentious movie. You can call it boring and pointless, but pretentious is definitely not the right word. You're just not the target audience, being a ape-human with a sub-100 IQ.

I enjoyed S1 and S2 This movie just magnified the worst parts of s2 and distilled it into a movie. It added nicely drawn portions of the storybook to make it somewhat watchable.
