Maybe so but it sort of breaks my immersion to have adult women who are indistinguishable from 10 year olds, since obviously something like that is completely impossible in real life. Presumably anime people are supposed to look like normal human beings in-universe and it's just the art style that makes them look so young, but when you have situations where you actually can't tell the difference or it's even acknowledged by the characters like in your comic it just confuses me and leaves me wondering what species the characters are supposed to be.

Nonon drawn flatter and with narrower hips than usual confuses my sensors. Nonon drawn with clearly developed bust and hips is what I take as more accurate. But a lot of it's just art style since KlK was very cartoonish to begin with.

So with Nonon's design it really comes down to how much the artist chooses to accentuate her non-loli features. In most art she doesn't look loli, but then in some art she blurs the line. She's my definition of borderline body type, but usually leaning heavily toward non-loli.

I wont say 10yo, but when I was in college I saw a lot of 18+ girls that could pass as 12-13, but they were all short girls, like 1,50m usually. But none of them were stacked, they usually had small butts and breasts.

I assume one problem is that heights are often severely scaled down in a lot of series for girls.
Considering 147cm is where dwarf classification starts some series are full of dwarves. For example I think Saki has 16 that are at or below that height that are at least JK.
As usual, ignoring reality is the best choice. For me immersion is easy enough considering I'm used to what is accepted in anime and manga.

I'm the exact opposite. I resent attempted adherence to 'realism' in fantasy and fiction any more than is necessary to facilitate the plot and setting, and having to explain why each little thing is different from the real world would just cause equally unnecessary bloat.
