I like how realistic he is compared to most anime/manga characters. In a usual goblin cave scenario you've got a lot protagonists who'd be like "THERE'S PEOPLE IN THERE! I'M GOING IN NO MATTER WHAT! GS on the other hand weighs the situation. He considers how long the victims have been held hostage, how many gobs there are, whether there's a realistic way to save the girls. If there's victims he can save, he'll do what he can to save them. If everything is fucked and he can't save anyone, he'll essentially nuke the fucking place
