In which Nobunaga can look not flamboyant when meeting his father in law.
Subs in an hour.
Kochoki: Wakaki Nobunaga
Improved.
――What is your impression of your character and what do you keep in mind while acting?
Hanamori: I was informed of Kichou's gender since the audition, but I was not sure where I should express his masculine side. At the recording station, however, I was told that "Kichou was raised as a girl, so while his body is that of a man, his heart is feminine, so please voice him like a strong woman." So "strong woman" is what I keep in mind even while aiming for gracefulness in his conversations. With the relationship with his family, meeting Nobunaga made him wonder "what's right for me?" for the first time, and I wanted to bring out femininity in that inner turmoil.
Spot the main character
why is it so impossible for nips to do a proper historical epic show about sengoku jidai? everything is gimmicky trash appealing to some perv audience. the closest thing I've seen was hyouge mono and it was unwatchably boring. whose fucking idea was it to skip anything remotely interesting and focus on fucking tea bowls?
Because for that stuff you have tons of live action series. When they go anime it's because there is some kind of gimmick.
>hyouge mono and it was unwatchably boring
Retard
>"Kiyosu"
Damn I'd like the gay about now
Nigga thats gay.
>some guy making retarded faces while staring at pottery
There's interesting things happening in the background but the show spends 80+% of the screentime on boring shit I couldn't care less about. The main character is a boring retard with boring retarded interests. If you are into this tea ceremony and muh aesthetics rambling, good for you, but to me it feels like an utter waste of a setting.
>leaving uneaten
Rude.
Because there are a million live action shows and books that already cover that.
And Hyouge Mono was a show about tea bowls. It happened to take place in the Sengoku era because it was an important time in the history of Japanese aesthetics, which you would have noticed if you actually understood any of it. It doesn't tell you about the war because it assumes you covered that in middle school.
Of course they'd have to pander to fujos.
The D made you soft
My fucking sides.
First time hearing this.
I get that, I'm saying I'm not into shows about tea bowls.
Besides, it plays fast and loose with history by turning Hideyoshi into a literal monkey who personally kills Nobunaga.
He was the vice governor of the Kazusa province although I don't know why, I guess it took precedence because Kazusa was a much greater province.
Reminder that nobunaga did not fuck ranmaru but let him fuck him.
Cute!
Glad this nigga wasnt that retarded.
Wait what.
Stop whining and go back to watching Shigurui. I'm sure you complained about Sengoku Basara too.
Too meta.
Wasn't he like 45 by then
>not starting with a slow mo budget blowing dance
Shame, scene was begging for it even if it is just for 5 seconds.
Cant remembered if they had end card before but apparently they have now.
Full ED is out by the way
hikarinoakariost.info
I'm glad that site is not dead yet.
They did but they posted them all ages ago.
I HATE Funi's player. Why are they so cheap? This looks worse than Netflix subs.
Thought the typesetting would be better on the official ones.
Their player was always kind of bad and they did nothing to upgrade it.
What's " -- " for?! Is one " - " not enough?!
Welp see you all ten next week.
At least the show gets threads....
So uuuh is the show ever gonna outright TELL us that Kichou is a man or will they keep it vague(ish) the whole way through so they have have plausible deniability just in case.
I'm liking Nobunaga as a character so far tho. he's definitely carrying the show for me.
You're retarded. That's a fact. Your opinion is worthless.
The show seems to end at the Battle of Okehazama in 1560 and by then Nobunaga had four children so you'd think heir-bearing would make the topic reappear eventually.
>So uuuh is the show ever gonna outright TELL us that Kichou is a man or will they keep it vague(ish) the whole way
Yeah, is this censorship or what?
>That voice
>Male
But how? Did his balls literally get removed?
Maybe s/he is intersex. Has a dick outside and ovaries inside.
Kichou was supposed to be infertile.
Yes and they should give a scene or two for that cover story. Tsuneoki seems to look forward to seeing little Nobunagas.
Nobunaga gave birth to them
WHAT A TWIST
Isn't this enough to answer it?
He's pretty chill about it
This scene in particular was done in a humorous tone and can easily be interpreted as Nobunaga just being his usual scatterbrain so I wouldn't say it counts as definitive evidence just yet.
t. someone who REALLY wants Kichou to be a man and for the anime to make it undeniably, 120 % CLEAR instead of kinda sorta tiptoeing around it.
It seemed like Nobunaga was being serious, even if the reaction and the scene was humorous. There's also this and the OP/ED, where they clearly drew a male body. I think it would be really strange if it was suddenly stated that it's a woman.
I feel the same about the anime's portrayal but at least that quote might make its way to other sites so they can stop saying he's a girl with boobs cut off to be a better shinobi (how the fuck).
Why would you make your ninja son a princess?
