Depends. Asta is hyperactive, assertive and heavily outgoing and stupidly optimistic while deku is more chill, down-to-earth and emotional while slowly becoming more assertive. Both have the charisma (a bit more so for asta) to either inspire others or lead them. Both are developing in their own ways, like deku becoming more confident in himself and learning what it truly means to be a hero. Asta has been developing a keener mind when it comes to battles and dealing with the issues (both past and present) in his kingdom.
