You could try finding something local to you that will high quality print stuff from files for you, assuming you can get the images and convince them. There might also be something local to your place that specializes in doing anime prints and so actually does have a licensing pipeline.
Also as someone else from EU, I'm actually avoiding having anything shipping here internationally that will be in transit when the UK crashes out, just to avoid the chaos.

That's not how it works. You're both overestimating the ammount of senran fans that hate Yumi enough to worry about stuff like that, and also underestimating the ammount that like her in the west. The nip base is way bigger than we are and there's already a huge snowball effect for the YNs, Yumi being the main offender.
