Is the anime adaptation any good?

le there is no tsukihime anime meme

The visual novel and manga are great.
I wish they would finally complete the remake, we might get a decent anime then.

Anyone up for an Arc CYOA?

Yes

I honestly wasn't expecting a reply. If you're alright with it, should I continue where I last left off?
Here's the basic summary:
>Arc gets a request from Grandpa Zel to hop over to the Fate worldlines and take part in the Fifth HGW as a "servant", following an inquiry from the MA and Church
>Visits the Clock Tower, gets briefed by Lorelei and meets her "master" (Fate Ciel)

Alternatively I can restart or do a different premise or something.

The art in this was pretty good so I don't get how this guy was the one to design Emiya Alter.

I like Tsukihime
I love Melty

Way. Too. Fucking. Long.
The amount that actually happens per word is SO low in Tsukihime. I was falling asleep for most of it. I think Hisui's route might be the most boring thing I've ever read in a VN, and I was looking forward to it before I read it.

hisui is my favourite girl and i agree completely, her route was fucking awful except for the like like 5 minutes

Visual novels are usually slower and can be much longer. Fate/stay cooking etc.
Not a criticism, but it's probably not the medium for you.

>no sacchin route because of fucking FGO
Tsukihime remake would be the biggest what if in the eroge industry after otome function

What up with the anime that makes it so bad? It adapts the source material badly?

I liked the manga, never watched the anime and the VN was ok but I'm not into them at all so I'm biased.

I'll admit that there's a lot of nothing in Tsukihime. I contribute this to a number of factors. First off, Tsukihime is actually pretty long altogether, but it doesn't really have that many characters. Each route focuses on an extremely small group of characters, usually one or two, with the remaining characters getting painfully neglected. Unlike in Fate, there aren't many enemies to fight and the central conflicts are primarily internal so Shiki spends more time contemplating on his own than he does actually reacting to anything in front of him. The problem is Shiki's not really that interesting normally, at least when compared to Ryougi Shiki or Shirou. I'd say even Hakuno's a little more interesting than him, of only because Hakuno's inner monologue has a little more flavor. Shiki's just too neutral most of the time, unless he's fighting vampires or whatever. I blame this on Nasu being a little new to the whole VN thing at the time. He'd only ever written normal novels up to then, and I don't think he's written many first-person narratives either.

Shiki's narration improves substantially in Kagetsu Tohya, but he still has this bizarre tendency to go on tangents, which is kind of a mixed back. There's this one memorable part in Kagetsu Tohya where he monologues about a time during his childhood when he snuck out of his house to see the circus. It was memorable and a little interesting, but it also has fuck-all to do with anything. It wasn't until Melty Blood when his narration and dialogue starts to get a little snappier, but this comes at a cost. The Shiki of Melty Blood is really only superficially like the Shiki of Tsukihime. And whenever he gets serious, he starts talking more like Ryougi Shiki.

How the fuck is it FGO's fault that Satsuki doesn't have a route? Tsukihime predates FGO by like 15 years.

What were the best character defining moments in Tsukihime?

It sticks to the main route, changes a lot of things, and leaves out a lot of things. A lot of character stuff is left out just to focus on the plot. (I thought the main story was pretty boring and I hope that the remake fixes this)
Personally, I don't really think it's bad if people watch it just so they can get the basic idea of what it's about. But you should read the vn if you want the whole story and to know the characters better. Sort of like with 07thexpansions stuff.

This user does a good job summarizing it

Far Side is one of the greatest things ever written.
And Nrvnqsr is cool.

Tsukihime also has a manga if you'd like to read that instead. I think it does a good job.

For me, personally, it was the moment when Shiki, after agonizing for an entire night about being Roa and considering suicide, goes to Ciel to confess, and she's like "Nah, young grasshopper. Sshh. You're not. Now stop making a tool of yourself, want some dango?"

The scene solidified Ciel's cool sister archetype and was so memorable that I still remember it now. In fact, it is the only character defining moments I remember from Tsukihime, at all. There are some good scenes, but nothing that really stands out.

>I blame this on Nasu being a little new to the whole VN thing at the time. He'd only ever written normal novels up to then
But the Kara no Kyoukai novels are horrible garbage. The narration is totally disjointed, pseudo-philosophy all over the place with no real reason and shaky explanations (olol people aren't tuned to the channel), every character having no soul or personality and being nothing but a plot device for Nasu to introduce a magical power being nothing but a plot device for Nasu to introduce his own autistic interpretation of a philosophical concept, Mikiya being one of the most pathetic self-inserts ever, it's not because someone competent could MAYBE have turned this whole clusterfuck into a passable novel that it's good or even tolerable.

Attached: 1407612381687.png (369x317, 34K)

i dunno how you can complain about Tohno being neutral and dry but then favorably compare Hakuno.

i mean, i'm no fan of Shiki's original iteration in Tsuki either, but Hakuno is considerably more boring.

i am still of the opinion that the original Extra is probably the trashiest and least inspired thing Nasu ever wrote, and i would include his contributions to FGO in that approximation, even if the latter suffers considerably more from other elements.

What's the verdict on Arc's route?

One of the biggest advancements made in the manga was combining usable elements from the Far Side routes into Arcueid's route. In the original Tsukihime, Roa just kinda pops up out of nowhere near the end and nearly kills Shiki. His relationship with Shiki isn't really explored and it's all kinda anticlimactic. In the manga, Shiki encounters Roa multiple times and it creates buildup towards their final confrontation. There are a lot of little things like that. Now, to be fair, a lot of the shit that's alluded to in the Arcueid route, such as Shiki's origins, the other Shiki, Roa, etc., are all fleshed out in subsequent routes. It's not all that different from what was done in the Fate route. The problem is Tsukihime has FIVE routes while Fate/stay night only has three. In fact, in a lot of ways, the Arcueid route and Ciel routes just feel like two halves of the same coin that can't really exist on their own, and in many ways that's a detriment.

To compare with Fate/stay night, let's put it this way. The three routes of Fate/stay night each focus on a central aspect of the what lies at the core of Fate as a whole: The Fate route is about the Holy Grail War and Saber, the Unlimited Blade Works route is about the protagonist Shirou and the Heaven's Feel route is about the Holy Grail itself. It's like Nasu took the core pieces of Fate, what makes Fate tick, fleshed out each of those core pieces and wrote a story for each of them. But with Tsukihime, it's more like he took a completed package, chopped it up into five pieces and did the bare minimum necessary to make it work. Thus, Ciel's route is just a continuation of the Arcueid route and the Far Side routes just expand on pretty much the same ideas multiple times. And I like the Far Side routes, don't get me wrong, but it was a pretty amateurish first attempt by Nasu. At the same time, though, I'm willing to give it a pass since the majority of ONScriptor doujin VNs made by one or two guys are nowhere near as expansive as what Tsukihime was at the time.

It was the VN that got me into the nasuverse in the mid-late 00s. It is still one of my favorite nasu works.
No matter how many times I took up fate I couldn't bring myself to like it, at least compared to tsuki.

I think Hakuno's narration is a bit more expressive. I found Hakuno easier to empathize with than Shiki. With Shiki's narration, it feels like I'm just reading words. With Hakuno's narration, it feels a little bit more like I'm reading a person's thoughts.

Fate had the music. I started with Tsuki and hate everything Nasu/TM nowadays, but when I hear Town of Crimson, I have a warm nostalgic feeling.

The manga is GOAT tier the vn is okay tier.
Tsukihime is also the only decent story type moon has ever written. The rest of the shit they've written is mediocre generic garbage meant for the lowest common denominator. It's not surprising that a manga adaptation by a competent writer surpassed the original VN.

>the Arcueid route and Ciel routes just feel like two halves of the same coin that can't really exist on their own

Why not?

>edgy gary-stu boi has speshul powers to kill 1000yo vampires and all schoolgirls love him for some reason, look at these meems
>goat, let alone good
Everything TM is shit don't try to deflect

Because despite being the main heroine of her route, most of the details surrounding Arcueid's origins are only explained in the Ciel route. Because despite being the main villain of the Arcueid route, most of the details surrounding Roa's past and motivations or only detailed in the Ciel route. Because despite being the Ciel route, half of her route is copypasted from the Arcueid route. It's like a single complete story was cleaved in half in order to create the two routes.

Have you read the manga?
That's why it's superior. The only girls who are really into him are Arc, the school bitch, and the maid and the only one that doesn't make sense is the school bitch but she quickly becomes a nonfactor.

It's far better than the shit Fate is. Fate is the definition of harem garbage where it makes no sense why the girls are after him.

They clearly outline why the girls are into him.

Which TM work/adaptation brought in all the casuals and normalfags?

I read like the two first volumes of the manga. I might give you the benefit of the doubt for this one, but the VN is nowhere near okay.
Tsukihime, TM was always normalfag

Yeah and it's fucking stupid and unrealistic.
At least in Tsukihime (the manga not the meh tier VN) Arc has a realistic reason for wanting Shiki and while Hisui's motivation is a bit off it kinda makes sense since Shiki is one of the few men she's been in contact with due to what happened to her sister. Plus Hisui isn't that important in the manga.
Nasu is a shit writer but the guy who adapted Tsukihime into manga actually knew what he was doing. It's miles better than the harem shit VN. I highly recommend reading it.

Saber's naturally attracted to Shirou because they have the same ideals and natures. Rin's attracted to Shirou because she admires his way of life and ideology. Sakura's attracted to Shirou because her life was shit but his unwavering determination was inspiring to her. If you're looking for realism, stop reading stories where King Arthur's a girl and worms turn girls into to the antichrist.

Christ, you're a simpleton. I wrote 1k characters explaining why, but my PC crashed and I'm not typing something that long again.

I'm fond of the VN mainly because of the manga.
In the manga Shiki is an actual character with real motivations and not just a self insert. In the VN he doesn't even have a personality. His romance with Arc isn't the forced mess that it's in the VN since the buildup and drama are actually satisfying.
Plus the side characters are also fleshed out. The manga writer does a far better job giving characters actual personalities instead of having them be walking stereotypes. Not only that but Arc's improved backstory, added scenes and back stories for characters such as Ciel, and Shiki actually being a fucking character take it to a whole new level.

Read the manga. Nothing Nasu has written can compete with it.

Based honest thoughts spammer. I thought you died since you went inactive.

That's harem tier writing. Read a good manga or a novel and you'll see why it's bad writing.

People don't fall in love because he's a nice guy.

It was my very first VN and I'm also fairly certain I literally fell in love with Arc, she was and still is my tr00 waifu
After reading more VNs I've come to realize the art is pretty shit, but good for the amount of people that were working on it. Arc and Akiha's routes are the best IMO, Hisui and Kohaku's are pretty bland (love the characters themselves though) and Ciel and her route are both irredeemable shit. I'll also forever be salty that Yumizuka didn't have a route.
I love the music, even though it's like ten tracks. "Boukyou" is heart-wrenching. And the end of Arc's route fucked me up. I was depressed for the rest of the week after I finished that shit.

Solid 7/10, highly recommend. Stay the FUCK away from Lunar Legend. The manga is okay. Remake/sequel never.

How did the manga writer fix Shiki and Ciel?

No, they fall in love with him because he has qualities they find attractive. How are you not getting this? Saber's attracted to him because they understand each other better than anyone else could, because they're the same kind of people. In life, no one understood Saber. Shirou's the first. Rin, on the other hand, just find his qualities, his personality, his way of life and his beliefs appealing. Basically, he's her type.

Tohno Makihisa is Tsukihime's most tragic character.

Yeah. If only he had more little girls to rape.

I'm serious. Every single thing we learn about him in the VN is tainted by the perceptions of people who hated him.
If you take a step back and look at all the events before the VN from an objective standpoint, and then try to look at things as he might have seen them, his story really is very sad.
And while what he did to Kohaku is unforgivable, it really does seem like something that tormented him, but which he nonetheless believed he absolutely had to do. Knowing the position he was in, I can't fault him for his choices.

He didn't actually write anything in his diary about his guilt. In fact, his diary in itself paints a spotty picture of him. He adopted Shiki primarily because his name amused him and not even in an attempt to absolve some of his guilt.

Tsukhime is truly a story about optimism, valuing yourself, appreciating your life, and moving boldly into the future. Death might not be as close to our doors as it is to Shiki’s… but, then again, you never know. That is why the lessons in this story are so applicable. You are alive now, but maybe not tomorrow. So look on your past fondly, smile at yourself in the mirror now and again, and hope lovingly for the future. Shiki is someone who has about a decade or two of life left, and he messes around with two immortal beings in the main routes.

In the epilogue, Shiki fatefully meets Aoko again and they muse a little bit about old times past. Shiki notes how the past several days/weeks (the span of X route) have been crazy. And some point Aoko tells him that those days will eventually end. Shiki agrees and asks something to the effect of when. The Magus just kind of remains silent and freaking Shiki just tells her that the days were fun, though.

And this is what, for me, Tsukihime was about. Yes, there were vampires and serial killers. But it was really about finding joys in today – even when it doesn’t seem like there are any… and about having faith in a tomorrow. Basically, Tohno Shiki could die ten years from that conversation with Aoko, or he might not even wake up the next day. Although we don’t “live close to death”, the same basic concept applies. There are no promises in life. So you can go through life miserable only to be potentially snuffed out tomorrow, or you can find your own happiness and hope it extends into your future.

The VN and manga are great.

Look at the way Kohaku and Hisui were treated outside of the obvious. For example, it's canon that they were paid well. Also, Makihisa undoubtedly did right by Shiki.
What would have happened to Akiha and SHIKI had Makihisa allowed himself to die?

Well the bigger issue is that he can't even be bothered to write his tgoughts and feelings into his private diary.

This is off topic but Shinobu from Monogatari always made me think she was a bad version of Arcueid

This may be old, but it's still superb.

>And I like the Far Side routes, don't get me wrong, but it was a pretty amateurish first attempt by Nasu.

Explain?

>Tohno thinks it's Akiha he's sharing senses with
>have been 99% sure it's Roa from the onset of the route
>worried that Nasu will pull some ass-shit and it's actually Akiha this time and Roa got dismantled by Arcueid or something since she didn't get turned into chop suey
>she's getting more fragile and spaced out as the route goes on

Arcueid fucking Brunestud makes Gilgamesh look competent by comparison

>Arcueid is stated numerous times by Nasu to be one of the top characters in Nasuverse powerlevel wise
>can alter reality and pull absurd bullshit via Marble Phantasms that make Reality Marbles look like SHIT
>is always made to be at 1+ stronger than her opponent because Gaia literally gives her support
>literally invincible during night and full moon
>one of her alternate forms is basically an omnipotent God on Earth
>jobs to a random catholic priest and has most of her power stolen
>jobs to her inferior sister and as even more of her power stolen
>jobs to a random japanese teenager who just stalks her to her apartment and cuts her into 17 fucking pieces
>resurrects anyway because Arcueid, but gets reduced to 10% of her powerlevel
>jobs to Nero
>jobs to Churchwoman
>jobs to Roa and dies, who even a non servant Dantes could kill
>jobs to Walachia in Melty Blood
>her overpowered version jobs to her regular version in Melty Blood

>jobs to a random catholic priest and has most of her power stolen
He tricked her into drinking his blood, that's not really jobbing
>jobs to her inferior sister and as even more of her power stolen
All we know is that she stole her hair, it's never mentioned it was won through combat or any sort of force. Considering that Arc was put to sleep after every kill, she easily could've done it then.
>jobs to a random japanese teenager who just stalks her to her apartment and cuts her into 17 fucking pieces
This is the only legit instance in the series and it was ultimately an assassination job when she had absolutely no reason to believe a random human with a pocket knife could hurt her
>resurrects anyway because Arcueid, but gets reduced to 10% of her powerlevel
The MEoDP destroyed her existential blueprints, a power reduction is not exactly surprising.
>jobs to Nero
She was literally hemorrhaging power to the point where she could barely act. And also probably literally hemorrhaging in general.
>jobs to Churchwoman
What? It's the reverse. Ciel consistently jobs to everyone in the entire VN, the only fight she wins is against Shiki in a view Dead Ends.
>jobs to Roa and dies, who even a non servant Dantes could kill
False equivalence when DAA don't exist in the Fate worldline and neither does Arc to give Roa his innate power in the first place. And again, see Nero, had Arc been in suitable condition it would've gone just as onesidedly in her favour as with Elesia, if not moreseo.
>jobs to Walachia in Melty Blood
No? She literally summons the Crimson Moon to make him vulnerable.
>her overpowered version jobs to her regular version in Melty Blood
Internal conflict != jobbing

All but one of her losses (and that one was an assassination, not a fight, in a straight fight she fucking wrecks Shiki) are due to be horribly nerfed and not wanting to give into her bloodlust, Gil doesn't have anywhere near that kind of excuse.

Reading KT right now. My main complaint is there's just so much crap that doesn't make sense. And I can't tell if it doesn't make sense because it's just stuff that has nothing to do with the story or because I just haven't learned about it yet.

Its ok but kind of overrated by nostalgiafags. Ciel route is a chore unless you really like the character, the villains are pretty forgettable and Shiki himself is boring outside of his psycho rapist outburst. Imo the best thing it has going for it is everything related to Arcueid and the general atmosphere the novel manages to create (even though the music drives me crazy).

They better keep the fucking air vents.

I read the manga and loved it. I also read the first Melty Blood manga and liked it although I felt the ending needed more to it.

Also despite the term "vampire" being used, the characters who are called that are not what I would call vampire. Still cool though.

New Arc is a lower performance model, so she doesn't need much air on her engines for cooling reason. Then it's natural they removed her air intakes as a cost-saving measure.
After all, the new line of Arcueid models isn't needed to fight world scale threats, but only to be whored out in a mobile game.

Seriously how did that get past QA. Shit can be good in TM without needing a saberface...

I don't think she's meant to be a literal Saberface. It's just that Tekeuchi mostly lost the ability to draw females that aren't Saber, Rin, Sakura or Ryougi Shiki.
Probably because he just traces over the same faces, bodies and poses only changing hair and clothes if even that.
So every one has the same face and eye shape, face proportions, etc.
Given how a bunch of characters those days gain and lose ahoges randomly (Ishtar being the worst offender), maybe he's starting to lose the ability to draw different hairs too.

Akiha looks fine

Again what part of unrealistic do you not understand? Shirou has the personality of a retard. No sane person would be attracted to that. His character is as unrealistic as possible. Just because Saber is an equally bad character doesn't justify Shirou and it doesn't justify how they fall madly in love after knowing each other for 3 days. This is kid tier writing.
Rin finding his way of life appealing is also fucking retarded.

Just because the stories setting is unrealistic doesn't justify badly written characters. People don't think like Shirou and the fucking wise king isn't a retarded emotional teenage girl who falls for that. Rin's reason is objectively bad and it dwindles down to falling for him because he's a nice guy. That's self insert tier writing because it is. Fate Stay Shit is a self insert vn.
Read a good story. Start with a good novel so you understand what good writing is supposed to be like. I can guarantee you fatefags have never attempted to read a book in their life.

Should I skip the VN and only read the manga?

Arihiko skipping school to go sightseeing with old people.

No. The manga only adapts Arc's route.
You will miss out big time

What if they remade Tsukihime but now Nrvnqsr is either a Saberface or an Aokoface with a romance option and a route?
Everything else is equal

Don't listen to this guy You should read the manga first or just stick with the manga. There are some plot lines that you'll miss out on if you only read the manga but overall the manga is a much better experience than the vn.

Whereas the VN is an amateur work the manga was written by an actual competent writer and it far surpassed the VN's Arc route.

>Whereas the VN is an amateur work the manga was written by an actual competent writer and it far surpassed the VN's Arc route.

What's wrong with the VN's Arc route?

It's great even if it feels a bit amateurish. I love the urban fantasy setting and the OST is one of my favorites. I also like Fate/Stay Night too but I prefer Tsukihime over it anytime. It's a shame that we'll probably never get the remake and even if we did it I doubt it will capture the same feeling the original had because current Type Moon is pretty shit.

Attached: 1543379170181.jpg (623x464, 87K)

I really enjoyed how Roa shows up with SHIKI's design first in the manga, then after he "kills" Shiki, Roa fully manifests and takes over. SHIKI showing up was such a holy shit moment when I first saw it in the manga.

Also, Roa actually uses magic. That was cool.

Really, the only bit of magic that we ever see in Tsukihime are Ciel's mystic eyes and necromancy. We don't actually see her use necromancy either, it's just something Nasu revealed after the fact.

I liked how he got all his powers.

He never uses his Reality Marble though.

>What's wrong with the VN's Arc route?
Nothing is wrong. The VN is a must read and even if the manga is not bad at all it's not as good as the original Arc route from the VN. Don't listen to that cunt he is complaining about Nasu writing skills for hours without any arguments.

I don't even know what it does. I don't think anyone knows what it actually does.

According to Nasu, his Reality Marble is Overload, which applies Square to all his spells. Square doubles the power of all his spells, so basically it's a super mode where he's twice as powerful. It's kind of boring and straightforward for a Reality Marble and Nasu probably threw it out at some point.

Tsukihime is an Underworld ripoff with porn. The reason why its not popular instead of Fate is the very concept behind it aka ripping off popular media. Even though its partly based on KnK they decided to have male MC purely from financial perspective, only porn VNs really sold in 00s

Anyone who actually prefers Tsuki over FSN is a stupid, contrarian faggot.

For the love of fucking god, ignore this idiot: . The manga is perfectly fine, but ignoring some of the most significant routes in the VN is NOT worth it. It's like skipping fucking HF for fuck's sake.

>Tsukihime is an Underworld ripoff
At least pick something it plausible, dumbass.

Cheap knockoff.

Well for starters see:
The manga expands on the VN's Arc route by adding elements of the other routes into it. Its also brings in new elements such as expanding on Ciel's backstory and giving characters including the MC personalities and character development. This is good because each route individually is just dull focusing on the main girl of the route, the villain, and very stale inner monologue which is very stale because Shiki is a non-character up until that point. And even after that boring dialogue its hard to care about him. Shiki in the VN was meant to be a self insert for the audience, he himself is not really much of a character.
The Arc route in the VN isn't bad, its just been fully surpassed by a superior manga adaptation.

Nasu is not a good writer. He himself has never written anything good which is a shame as some of his ideas are quite good. Nasu himself admits the manga far surpassed the VN. That should tell you all you need to know.

If you can't see why Nasu's writing is laughably bad you should get your head checked out.
The people who like Type Moon (FSN, Kara No Kyokai) are manchildren who wouldn't know what good writing was if it hit them across the face. Fatefags are worse than narutards.
You're worse than a Narutard. Imagine being a fanatic for a story so bad that it makes Naruto look good. Only reason Fate is tolerated is because the porn is great. That's pretty much it.

>wahhhhh Muh Naruto boogeyman ABLOOBLOOBLOOBLOO
Back to your kennel, pet.

>It's like skipping fucking HF for fuck's sake.
You should skip all of FSN instead.
To anybody who does not suffer from brain damage it quickly becomes obvious how terrible the writing is. Its a story meant for manchildren. If you like it you're a manchild.

The only good thing to ever come from Type Moon is Melty Blood. And right now it's 80% off, play me

So you not only like Fate but Naruto as well?
top kek that's all you need to know about Fate's mentally handicapped fanbase.

Get some taste kid.

>if you like what I don't like you're WRONG
Grow up.

>strawman
>"kid"
Kneel, you pathetic, fat, ugly, NEET.

Infact I happen to have 3 copies to give away. Anyone replying to this guessing who the true best girl is with their steam id will get one.

You mean a good version. Kizu alone is ten times better than anything Nasu ever did.
Shinobu acts like an elder vampire at least. Not like a japanese retarded schoolgirl.

Don't give him replies, for crying out loud.

When you grow up and stop liking stories meant for manchildren you can talk.

Keep in mind fatefags are also narutards. That's all you need to know about the community.

Kizu is a lazy knockoff, see .
And no, it's not any better written and Shinobu is just as infantile as Arc.

>NO U
Your contumacious and transient stupidity and noisome babbling wears upon the ears of your good master, pet. Return to your kennel posthaste; therein you will find others of your brethren, residing in shameful perpetuity in everlasting reminder of their grievous sins as all good and obedient pets must. Reflect upon your noxious and egregious transgressions, dog, and know despair. Await your master's command, and toil until such time is visited upon you with nary a complaint or remonstration. Heretofore has your master turned a blind eye to your tomfoolery, but no longer. Further disobedience will be met thusly with swift and terrible wrath. Hear mine words, dog. Obey and mayhap one day shall you earn your master's pardon. Until such time, be silent as the grave, and obedient as all hounds must. Your master commands you.

>another strawman
I accept your concession regarding the matter at hand, dog.

Notice how you never argued my point but instead started throwing ad hominems and are now crying that you're getting your ass whooped.
Look man, you're mentally retarded. You can't blame me for your failings. Try arguing the point at hand and try getting some taste.

>seething
I expected nothing less from a manchild who likes Fate.

No, user. Kizu isn't the maximum edgy eroge plot with hilarious h-scenes and rapes everywhere.

ENOUGH of your pointless meandering, dog. Long has it been written that the masters of such trifling and inferior creatures adequately express their legendary superiority and infinite wisdom in a manner consistent with said creatures' transgressions. And lo, what VILE and contumacious transgressions thy canid beasts have visited upon the superior and godlike, most benevolent masters! Return AT ONCE, pet, to your kennel, wherein all good and obedient beasts of burden reside until commanded otherwise by their infinitely superior and merciful, yet stern and unyielding masters. Heed well my words, pet, and know your place. You have been commanded. Obey, or face swift and true retribution at the hands of your godlike master. OBEY, dog!

Acting like a retard isn't funny. Wait, sorry you're not acting. You're genuinely retarded.
When your balls drop you'll look back in embarrassment.

Well no shit, it stole its plot from the most boring route in the VN. It's still laughable, however.

Hark, for such grandiosity cannot be abated without due tribulation by the correct manner of courtly procedure. You stake such claims, most excruciating in your bothersome and tepid incantations, spewing your innocuous yet somewhat frustrating drivel into the stratosphere of intellectual debate. You see, only the more intelligent beings, of which I’m afraid the toils and tribulations of scientific merit have proven, are capable of broaching such esoteric debate of anime in a dignified and cognitive dimension. Alas, it seems the contumacious dogs cannot hope to reach these swirling miasmas of turgid thoughts and scintillating discussion, and so must, be their inferior nature, loudly and extravagantly emit their brainless and unwanted thoughts into a higher dimension of debate. Well, 'tis thine lucky day, dog, as the gods of Olympus high have taken notice of your perfidious and thoughtless ramblings. You have managed to irk them somewhat in your crusade of misinformed drivel, which you propel into a temple to the mind, such a place beyond your understanding, and yet sullied by your foul words. Yes, we have taken notice, and we say silence. Silence, dog, and worship your gods!

Is there any hope for the remake to be good?

Did you even read Kizu. The plot is different, not retarded and makes sense.

Yeah, in fact, it's actually three times more likely to be a flawless gem than it is of actually releasing

>he's still going
Where you dropped as a child?

Yes, I did, and watched it. is entirely accurate, so no, it's not significantly different at all.
And no, it's no less retarded than Tsukihime. I'm sorry to have to break it to you.

>Where you
>incomprehensible ESL babble
You will heed AT ONCE the sagacious and deific words of your wise and superior master and silence your drooling canid mastication apparatus. Return to your kennel, dog, and reflect in silent perpetuity upon your grievous transgressions and sullied reputation in your godlike master's eyes. Make haste, pet, and with nary a remonstration nor any shred of recalcitrance or defiance, for you have tried your master's steadily-thinning patience long enough. OBEY, dog. Your master commands you.

I'm gonna reference your post to prove how retarded the typical type moon fag is.
This is too much cringe to handle.

>type moon fag
>incomprehensible ESL babble
Hold your common tongue, dog, for your prodigious and stunning, most godlike and quite benevolent master has not issued commands to the contrary. Indeed, you have been expressly forbidden by your superior, wise, and omnipotent master to expound upon any form of diction via your disgusting canid muzzle that runs parallel to mine wishes--nay, mine DEMANDS. So be it, pet, owing to your insubordinate and petulant nature and manner of conduct, in accordance with the laws, regulations, and customs your superior beings have deemed fit to lay upon your flea-ridden shoulders, that you shall be relegated for the interim to your kennel, where you will reside in silent and shameful perpetuity as you reflect most recalcitrantly upon your decisions to flaunt the decrees issued to you. Now, pet, make haste. Return to your kennel at once. AT ONCE, dog. Your master commands you.

Tsukihime is freaking repetitive

It was more than that. Because even then he thought he was a nerd, then he came over to play with Shinji and she warmed up to him, then Zouken wanted her to spy on the Emiya child around the same time he got hurt, and she felt bad about intruding on helping him since it was basically her being a spy. They go over it in HF Normal. She was still thinking he was a weird dude even then, and didn't warm up to him in total until he was helping her cook and broke through the kuudere to show he sincerely wanted to teach her. So it was a long road. Rin on the other hand, never talked with him after she developed her crush until the war beyond a hi in the hallway. The two sisters had a world of difference in how they fell for him. Sakura is so diehard for Shirou because he pretty much earned it. It's so much of a hard attraction if he suddenly turned into a girl and couldn't change back, she would totally be down to still be with him-or her, in that case.

Kizu is an absolutely different story. It's obvious for anyone who actually read it. The only similarity is a blonde vampire woman. But Nasu didn't invent blonde vampire women.

>he's still going
Autist rage is something else. I cannot recall the last time I saw someone this autistic.
>inb4 you say you where only pretending to be retarded

>m-muh autism
Quiet, pet. The temerity of your tomfoolery and blatant disregard for the due decorum established as a beacon lighting the way to obedience has briefly amused your superior master, but his patience has ebbed and waned like the flow of the tide. Now, dog, you will show, with nary a complaint or argument, how very quiet you can be should your deific and godlike master demand it. Silent as the grave, pet. Turn forthwith and trudge shamefully back to your kennel, and reside there in perpetuity as you reflect with great recalcitrance and pure, unadulterated opprobrium upon your audacity at having flouted your most benevolent and superior master's sagacious decrees. Go at once. AT ONCE, dog. Your master commands you.

>The only similarity is a blonde vampire woman.
And literally everything in that comparison image, anyone who actually read both would know that much. Never mind me reading Kizu, did you even read Tsukihime?

> You cut me with a knife? Then follow me and fight for me for no particular reason.
> Ok
> Oh you have those edgy secret superpowers and mysterious dark past? How handy.
Yeah, it's Kizu.

I want sniff his bloody pantie!

Attached: MUH DICK.gif (400x300, 973K)

Do you even know where you're going with this user?
Or are you hoping that if you keep acting like a retard I'll eventually go away?

>for no particular reason.
Are you retarded? And how is that worse than "lol sorry about vampiring you when you gave your life for me, pls fight those guys to get my limbs back tho?"
> Oh you have those edgy secret superpowers and mysterious dark past? How handy.
It's almost like it all ties into the overarching plot that makes the most of the different routes or something. Better than "whelp, I have no experience or any combat skills but I can beat experienced vampires with baseball throws because my vampire mom is the strongest!".

>r-r-retard!
You DARE talk back to your superior master that way, you filthy, contumacious mongrel? Verily shalt be visited thusly upon you the merciless and inexorable justice of thy master. Woe betide you, pet. Convalesce within your kennel in silent servitude, as all good and obedient hounds must. Your master commands you.

Araragi fought the hunters in order to become a human again. Did you forget? His reasoning was perfectly understandable and logical. Also he was the one who saved her and his decision was rational.
And she IS the strongest. Her powers are bizarre. That's the point. Kizu isn't about fights anyway.

>Shirou has the personality of a retard
>No sane person would be attracted to that
Saber is equally retarded.
Rin is the least retarded of the three but is still kind of autistic
Sakura will turn into satan if she is upset enough

It's cute. Better than Ciel's.

Oh I forgot about you.
Go on please.

It seems an ignorant dog must be taught of its place by its superior and godlike master. Fear not, pet. Owing strictly to your incorrigible and intellectually sub-par nature that has prevented you from gleaning at a mere glance the due decorum expected and required of all good and obedient pets, your master shall exempt you from this most grievous transgression. Only once shall this benevolent and MOST lenient opportunity be afforded to you, pet; ignore or turn from it and verily shall you be met with swift and terrible wrath from your deific and sagacious master, the likes of which shall be legendary even amongst the rest of the canid beasts. Heed well mine words, pet, and adjust the behavior that has heretofore been born only of ignorance and stupidity.

Where you really waiting here desperate for a reply?
Pathetic.

Stuff like this is worth a "hehe, they're pretty similar stories like that yeah," but you'll notice it includes literally nothing about how the actual characters feel and interact, or how the writers' styles and nuances make these two uniquely different stories.

What the stories share is merely the framework of the plot, and and frankly only brainlets who aren't well read think this sort of thing is damning criticism. Like, a half-decent English teacher in middle school will tell you Shakespeare lifted most of his plays. But he was only taking their framework—the banter, the raunchy humor everyone loved, the iambic pentameter—that shit was his to own.

Silence your drooling, gaping muzzle, filthy, disobedient creature. You aren't even fit to be a pet, or even a medium of slight entertainment. Return to your kennel, beast, until such time as your former master retrieves you and puts you down like the dog that you are. How dare you speak in such a jejune and contumacious manner to your master, dog?! How DARE you?! Return at once to your kennel of shame, wherein all scorned and disobedient beasts belong, until such time as your wise and benevolent, yet stern and unyielding master decrees your fate! AT ONCE, pet! Your master commands you!

Now that's a fine goalpost. Your first criticism was not that they were terribly writer, but that they just liked ginger because he's nice.

MB is the best TM thing. Sacchin was glorious there.

You know I haven't even read what you've been posting.
I'm just enjoying watching you spaz out

>only reason Fate is tolerated is because the porn is great
That's a good one.
