Well if you're familar with Egyptian Mythology. You'd know Seth fucked his nephew Horus because Horus was suppose to inherit everything. But then horus used seth's semen and grew lettuce. Which Seth ate.
Then, at court or whatever you want to call it, they summon Seth's semen to see if Horus really was "emasculated", but it came out of Seth's head instead.
Yeah. It sounds weird. But how this translates to Yu-Gi-Oh, well, the Kaiba brothers inheriting KaibaCorp.
The Lettuce semen head thing explains why Noah Kaiba has green hair.
Of course "Noah" didn't appear until late in the series. Most people are probably familar with Seto having greenhair in the pilot episode.
I suspect the original story intended to follow the Egyptian mythos more closely.
