I would just activate my Emitter Nen power and walk right into NGL. Anyone within a 200 meter radius around me starts rapidly aging. The hotter their body temperature the faster they age. Chimera Ants have a much higher body temperature on average than humans. They would all be dead long before they would get to me. If any of the ants does get close enough to melee range, I have also a very high proficiency in Enhancement, so I'll just dodge their attacks until I can get a successful blow on them. One should be more than enough, because if I touch them the aging is exponentially increased. Basically, I could eradicate the entire ant hive within a week tops.
