ITT good worldbuilding but shit writing
ITT good worldbuilding but shit writing
Lets get the obvious one out of the way early
Not shit but slow as fuck released
agreed. The wild life was better than the story.
This show had an amazing setting, art style, music. It could have been amazing.
5 years
Still mad
Did you watch the movie? It was pretty good. Probably because Biba's dead and can't ruin anything anymore.
Agreed. Im finishing the series as we speak and it's frustrating me how much better it could've been. MC, antagonist, main supporting character, all their motivations are so weak
while I dropped S8 early on it seemed to have good potential for a nice world, Kishi does that well. But the writing was bad on several levels. Didnt care about the MC, his powerup was rushed, his fights were asspulls. If it didnt have Kishis name this wouldve gotten the axe early on
''Cool'' female characters ruin series. You create a post-apocalyptic setting with crazy unkillable zombies, and then you introduce a ''badass'' cute girl who doesn't show any emotion and just decapitates the zombies with her ''epic'' shoe blade, then she tortures the MC for some kind of a masochist fantasy. It's stupid. All tension and suspension of disbelief gets throw out the window and now you're just watching a ''cool badass'' girl kick ass.
What fucking idiots.
Kibito is cute
>who doesn't show any emotion
Did you only watch the first episode?
Seriously, how can you make FISHING IN SPACE this unbelievably boring?
Worldbuilding was fucking boring it was like looking at a bunch of pretty backgrounds but nothing interesting about it otherwise.
Pretty good
12 kingdoms. I fell for the meme.
>girl who doesn't show any emotion
That hardly describes Mumei. She's too emotional and autistic.
Watched the first few. The female ''badass'' completely ruined it for me. I couldn't take the MC seriously as his character arc was hijacked by another zombie/human hybrid, really didn't give enough time for the guy to come to terms with what he is or even show any sort of character.
>dude there are zombies, and uuh... steampunk and shit
>good worldbuilding
Cabanossi of the Iron Fuckfest was such a piece of overrated garbage, both story and world building wise.
I like it despite the flaws.
>REEE WOMEN RUIN IT
it was MC and the main antagonist (a man) who ruined it you pathetic incel.
>doesnt show any emotion
watch past ep1
>REEE HER SHOE BLADE
seriously dont talk about a show if you watch 1 episode
>tortures mc for her fantasy
incels need to get off my board. absolutely delusional
dilate
>unique zombies, not standard "aim for the head" shit
>half zombies exist
>japanese culture, cool tech
>stronghold type living situations
>defined class structure
quit being a faggot
...
I had great writing before pains epilogue and taking out the filler
>best guy and the only one who is not a fucking drama king
>choose the worst girl in the entire show, an indecisive weak willed Okada self-insert
Her childhisness almost got him fucking killed.
You mean the girl who kisses him in the movie?
have sex
It was just painfully dragged out. Filler was shit tier and the final arcs were awful. really wish Kishi went in a more human direction and not "SPACE CHAKRA MONSTERS"
...
>>>/sex/
why do you act so cancerous?
Hes too good for the show. While everyone is stuck for dramafest, hes doing his best finding a way to save his friends.
I actually like how sure he is on his win in the end, claiming that Chisaki likes him. Zero doubts.
His biggest win is that he can now explore the sea as much as he wants, really.
The moment of his Ena awakening is among the best moments of the show and not because he chased after the drama queen right afterwards.
If not for the fact that he need to chase the girl, he'll surely gonna stop and cry for joy. Its his dream, finally granted.
I was gonna ask you the same question user. Why are incels not only whiny bitchess but also so easily triggered?
Still pissed that the samurai turned out to be jobbing stormstroopers.
