If you read the LN (original source material) you'll realize that most of the story isn't about the sex. Certainly that's part of it, but it's not the main focus. I'd say it's a better read than other LNs like Shield Hero. It's not a better read non-isekais than Raildex, but SH is something that can keep your interest and read while on the go unlike raildex which you have to keep focused on or you'll get lost/bored very fast.
There's a lot of autist stuff about levels, jobs, and equipment every chapter or so but you can completely skip those if you don't want to read it.
I agree if it was just chapters of sex it wouldnt't be as good. It's just rare that even manga that do include sex rarely do it this good, and too many don't include it where it should happen. Having more of it included in the manga compared to the original WN does improve this in particular, because when half of his time is spent in bed with his harem some of the content should include sex. If we had scenes like these in other series with even more character development, then this wouldn't be as great in comparison.

I noticed a thread about my favorite manga so wanted to come by and share a little story, take it or leave it.
I speak Japanese decently but it's really inconvenient to find and browse random ecchi manga in Japanese, so early this year I was just browsing manga in English to blow an afternoon on with Mangadex. I went through several before I stumbled upon Isekai Meikyuu. The art intrigued me so I read a few chapters, but noticed a blank boob at some point and realized the translations weren't using the uncensored volume raws. I knew I would proceed reading much slower in Japanese but for some reason I said "screw it" and went to download the raws myself on nyaa to resume my reading.
The slower reading in Japanese served actually to better immerse me in the story, far more than I would have predicted. I started to fall in love with the depravity of the protagonist's motivations and began to identify with him. Risking his life, committing murder, even if it is just these bandits - all for Roxanne. And God, she's hot, I would do the same. When he sneaks into the bandits' hideout was some of the tensest I have felt in a long time. Yet my dick began to grow in anticipation.
When it finally arrived, the first sex scene with Roxanne was so perfectly executed I was blown away. The pacing, art, visceral emotion from the protagonist, and of course the goddess that is Roxanne. Everything was perfect. I synced myself up with the MC and had possibly the hardest orgasm of my life.
Though it's got a lot of boring mechanics exposition afterwards, I maintain that the first 12 (?) chapters of Isekai Meikyuu, read slowly and deliberately, comprise the most erotic piece of media I've ever seen in my life, moreso than any "actual" porn. Actual 10/10, highly recommend.
The buildup makes it great. If the chapter he has sex with her was just a single chapter long doujin, it would be nothing particularly exceptional. I hope that the next slaves are done similarly. I just checked the WN status again and there still haven't been any new chapters this year. I wonder what's going to happen when the LN catches up to where the WN content ends.
