Things to considerate:
- While Loki has twice as much lvl 6's, she does not have any lvl 5. Freya on the other hand has Ottar, who, beign lvl 7, is worth a few lvl 6 adventurers
- Ottar is superpowerful. Even if not able to win in a 1 vs many duel, he can efficiently occupy his opponents, thus eliminating them (they can't go somewhere else to help their comrades)
- Aiz is also OP, second in strength only to Ottar, making her "lvl 6.5". Still, she's way weaker than him. I think it's safe to assume she best any other lvl 6 in a 1 vs 1 duel, but not in 1 vs 2 - and even if, that should be extremely difficult, even for her, most likely eliminating her for any further combat
- We really do not know much about Freya familia, but at least top fighters all seem to be meele-oriented, highly offensive types
- As as whole, Loki familia top fighters are much more well-balanced. Gareth has superb defense; Riveria is hailed as most powerful mage; Finn is consider to be genius-level tactican. The rest are offensive-meele types, much like Freya's
- Gulliver bros may be lvl 5, but there's four of them, and we know they work in a great sync
- We don't know how many lvl 4,3,2 there are on both sides; safe to assume however that numbers are rather close
- Mia Grand did not left familia for good, so its possible for her to join the battlefield - huge factor
- Special considerations to Lefiya, who is "only" lvl 4, but her magic is superb-tier
- Loki, the trickster deity, somehow seem to be more of a strategists than Freya, which could be helpful

My bets goes for Freya; in any scenario, either defending or assaulting, all those super offensive types will propably seek to eliminate first:
- either Riveria and Lefiya: physically weak, but extremely powerful mages, capable of high level spells dealing massive damage, extermely dangerous if left alone; makes perfect sense to kill them ASAP
- or Finn, the brain; this is less likely due to the fact he's a meele type himself, so not so easy to kick his ass
when that happens (esp if mages are ded) that's game over. And Loki side won't be able to privide them sufficient defense/support, not when Ottar alone could take few of them including Aiz.
I only see hope for Loki's when in deep defense; best, if they have time to prepare for battle. The more time Finn have, the better plans can he prepare; and conversely, the less time Freya gives them, the more likely she's going to annihilate 'em
