What difficulty you actually get is still random though. Rewards scale with difficulty and very hard isn't actually hard, you can easily solo it. Extreme is the actual raid boss needing multiple players to kill it.

NT 5-6 was about invading to get Fraulein, the whole Kamisato shit only partially had to do with Touma.
