I think Senpai will attend at least one swimmeet before they kiss. It has potential for plot/character development.

Probably one of the other gyarus stripping naked in front of him for the sake of art would cause this.

I'd like some situation to force them into mixed bathing and Nagatoro trying to act like it doesn't bother her while teasing senpai about it.

I like it, Nanashi would probably have to dedicate a few chapters to the self defense teaching and weight training to make it believable but that would would be a well earned first kiss.
