S1 had the best scenes and is the most memorable overall thank to its length, S2 and S2 fizzled out hard with the single cour format.

Not really. Now most series end up on streaming services, so only shows with bundled shit like gacha tickets still sell. Expect Granblue to sell 50k because the BDs will come bundled with a ticket for some rare SS units.
