For me, it's Madoka and Tatami but Madoka is wildly more popular so not a tough choice.
Maybe top 5 and it's hard to argue against it being in the top 10.
The elements related to it being serialized (some of the pacing, characters disappearing so they can be killed off or used as needed lolannie, a few asspulls) bring it down too much to be the AOTD.
Still turned out a lot better than I expected of it after dropping it on episode 10 in the first season.
