Calling for additional explosions occasionally against bigger threats while they travel is how I would want to see the powerful JSDF being used when it's too dangerous to eliminate a threat themselves. I know the plot requires less SoL and the manga artist likes the military parts, but time spent with the main cast is what I like most.

Everyone there has something good about them, but I think I'd have liked to see more of her too. There are a few other minor characters who would be great to see in a similar lineup in the future.

That too. The manga is at least limited for now because it can't change too much in the adaptation, but I hope it could cover more with original content eventually. The original LN author should have chosen a better focus too.

I'd hope for a spinoff manga where we see stories and even from different perspectives cause Itami really can't hold my interest which is why he's surrounded by a harem that will go nowhere we had one chapter were they meet cool fish people and that's it no introductions, no alliances just hey fish people, there was mention of Wolf's hometown do they ever go there? The only race that got any attention was the warrior bunnies but all you really got was a run down about how fucked their lives were because of the Prince.

My issue isn't the artist but the light novel fucked over any possibility of that happening I love the artist work and would love to see more after this is done.

Itami himself isn't that intersting, it's the girls in his harem that are. It would still be much more interesting if things went places with his harem, and it's one thing I wish would be changed in the manga eventually, even if it's a continuation after the main story. The fish people were one of the species I did want to see more of, even just a single image on pixiv would be nice, but a chapter or two would be even better. It's just too limited by what the original author wrote.

It was adapting the LN, so it didn't need to wait for the manga if they wanted another season. I'd rather have a remake though, with better character designs and more gore and nudity. I just don't expect a new season or a remake.

Yes and no. It's be nice of course but novel has overall story to follow. Little spoilers, afaik Itami gang should have a bit of SoL exploration mission but there is also full blown civil war going on, so I guess it will be split half and half in the upcoming chapters.

Looking closer at this again makes it more obvious how unnatural the hair placement is int his, especially Tuka's. Her right breast especially looks like it should have been uncovered, and the hair around her hip looks like it's just placed there to hide the fact that she shaved this time. Pubic hair was shown before for others in the manga. I wonder if this page will get altered in the tank, or if it will get edited and colored on pixiv.

I hope one day the artist will draw something similar, although it would certainly show more of Rory's body that that one.

I at least wish I knew why he doesn't. I don't think he has ever sold any collections yet, although I think he has drawn some things as extras for other people though probably not Gate. There is some art that has only been store exclusive too, even if some has also been posted on pixiv. If he made high resolution ones available for a price I'd even seriously look into finding out how to try paying, though still as anonymously as possible. I also wish he made some as lewd as Tsugumomo has.

My favorites have to be linked, but I think the design in the one you posted is better than the other one. The first one might be better without the panties. There are few who go as far as this one does, although a few go further, and I am very thankful he does. There are still other characters I'd like to see more of, but at least he picked one of the best to like so much.
