Diet, air squats, push ups, sit ups
all 3x10 - 3x20, but you may do more if you feel like it. Do them every other day Ma-Wo-Fri and after this you can do them everyday if you feel like it.
Stop eating fat and sugary foods.
You will gain more from candy and pizza than an egg-cheese omelette.
So, choose the egg-cheese omelette, they're cheaper, healthier and yummier.
Eat oatmeal/ Brinta and add sliced fruits like apples, bananas, etc. if you want to add sugar, because it taste like raw grain you can add 5 cubes of sugar on 250ml milk (don't overdo on the sugar basically).
Watch fitness channels, you will learn a lot before you go to the actual gym and they are great motivators.
The youtube channels of Bodybuilding.com, Scott Herman, Atlean-X, Scooby1961, Matt Ogus, OmarIsuf and the calisthenics channels will all focus on losing weight and gaining muscle.
Stay away from crossfit, it's sounds good on paper, but it is retarded and you won't lose weight and gain muscle as fast as you would do with regular weightlifting, there's also the increased risk of injury due to the exercises and push for over fatigue are retarded.
Don't worry about getting too big, because you're not on roids (you'll only get too big on roids) you'll get ottermode at most.

DIET DIET DIET it's the first "low effort" thing you can do. If you weight 100 kg you eat a lot of junk out of meal time, like I did. Cut that shit, eat 3 meals per day and have 2 healthy snacks during the day. If you usually eat pasta cut every instance you eat bread. Eat either pasta or bread never both. When you're having a second meal stuff yourself with salad and vegetables. This will yield results almost immediatly and you'll be thinner and thinner week by week. If during this you'll also workout it will be ideal but Dieting is the first thing. Don't go to the gym while keeping this eating lifestyle you have. You'll just waste money. Working out doesn't work if you don't also diet, personal experience.

I don't know what you normally eat, so I can't comment on that, but I wouldn't eat more if you want to lose weight.
It is still all about -Calories in, calories out- Google that phrase.
Remember that 8/16 means that you'll have less time to eat, meaning that you'll might end up eating in a deficit anyway. This is why you shouldn't cut down drastically.
A 300-500 kcal (but not more!) caloric deficit is always a good idea, especially when you add a cheat meal on sundays.
Do you know how to track calories and calculate your TDEE and macronutrients?

Read the entire page, but remember that these calculators tend to be on the (very) high end, but you can compare them with calculators on other sites to get an average estimate.

If you gotta keep it quick and simple for a chest workout, just do some planking.

I don't think there's anyone who has done squats for any serious length of time without getting some sort of back pain. It's ok but you need to figure out why. For the vast majority of people it's a lack of flexibility or core strength and not form. It doesn't matter how much you focus on improving your form if your body literally cannot assume the correct position due to certain tendons being too short. Start taking stretching seriously. In the mean time, I suggest reducing the range of motion of your squat to avoid injury. Try to gradually increase your range of motion until you're doing a full squat safely. Don't get suckered into the "if it's not a full rom it doesn't count" bullshit. It's better to do a half-squat safely and make some gains than do a full squat, hurt yourself, and not be able to work out again for a month. Doing a full range of motion should be your ultimate goal but make sure you're flexible first.

The second problem is having legs much stronger than your core, which is very common in people who are new to working out. They can stack on weight because their legs can lift it, but the back isn't strong enough to support it. Start doing sit-ups / weighted sit-ups to get your abs used to contracting strongly so they can support your back during a squat. Again, this is secondary to actually having the flexibility to do a squat in the first place.

Form is the last thing to look at after you sort that shit out, most people who have good flexibility and are able to keep a tight core will naturally assume the strongest and best position for a squat for their body.

Assume deficit of 500 cal a day. That's 3500 cal/week, which is roughly 0.5kg per week, or 2kg a month. I've managed 1000 cal deficit per day' which works out to 4kg a month, but it ain't easy.
Either way go to /fit/ and read the fucking sticky, you don't have to post. Go to /fat/ and /fph/ for motivation and /cbt/ for inspiration. Remember to lift while cutting or you'll still look like shit, and watch your macros (especially protein).
