Both of them have background ones. Even though Harukana made it a running joke that the grandfather was always away you get to see him fishing in one episode.
It's hard to think of many that have none at all. It's easier to think of quite a few series didn't need a single male voice actor though.

Males as a character are way more funnier, complex, sympathetic, caring, and even overall more fun to watch.
