Villain's whole agenda is he regrets not getting a vasectomy

>Villain's whole agenda is he regrets not getting a vasectomy

I'm going to miss this evil bastard

Did he deserve his fate?

He didn't even know how babies were made in the first place. If he knew, I'm sure he wouldn't have fugged.

he sold drugs user
which in japan is a worse crime than seral murder

Why didn't he just order Pericolo to kill Trish for him?

>condom broke
>better kill everyone involved
>better do it myself as well
Diavolo was our guy.

IIRC Diavolo wasn't completely certain Trish was his daughter and needed to "feel" her to confirm it

he had to make 100% sure user
a better question is why he just didn't wait like ten minutes for Bruno to leave and kill Trish then

>kill other innocent: no problem
It was just plot.

I won't. Most of the time he appeared on the damn screen, Buccaratti was in his body which was BS....I made no connection with this character

How is "skipping time" any different than time stop? I honestly see no difference

>next chapter
>pause

does this help your peanut understand?

He needed to make sure that his daughter was dead. If he just ordered someone else to kill her he would have no way of knowing whether or not it actually was his daughter.

But in both cases the user can just walk behind their enemies and donut them

>not getting a vasectomy
What 18 year old who doesn't know what sex is has a vasectomy?

In time stop the enemy will be standing still
In time skip the enemy still moves around but they can't react to you

Its riskier for Diavolo since he can only donut people in real time, where he is vulnerable to ally attacks or things like Polnareff having fast reflexes and realizing when the time skip occurs

Still got no fucking idea how Diavolo killed Narancia though with the rules of his skip

>Still got no fucking idea how Diavolo killed Narancia though with the rules of his skip

Now that's confusing. The stuff with Polnareff and the blood drops made me understand King Crimson's ability better but I was also confused with Narancia's death.

Because then we wouldn't have la squadra jobbers of the week. Honestly thought, the ''twist'' that he actually wanted to kill Trish the whole time makes everything pretty retarded in retrospect. Just your typical Araki shock factor move and it ends up driving the plot of a cliff. Remember the red herring of Bossu hiding in a hotel all covered up and scared, begging for his daughter to be brought? Psych! You got played.

Whole point is both him skipping time AND seeing the future though. He's a paranoid madmen cutting out the middle man getting the desired result for any situation he sees fit and literally cheats fate.

Dio couldn't see the future coming or plan ahead much.

Yes. He only sold drugs. He definitely didn't murder AT MINIMUM 6 or 7 people even before he killed Abbacchio and Narancia or employ an elite team of assassins and a sadistic doctor or anything. ONLY DRUGS.

There are characters who have killed way more people than him who didn't get sentenced to eternal death.

like who?

Dio and Kira

You just don't understand
You can't fuck with Fate
Everything is pre-destined and if you avoid your fate you're the worst of the world

Attached: whaaaaaat.jpg (456x434, 100K)

By that logic, Diavolo fucking with fate was also pre-destined.

The real reason why Diavolo failed is because he admitted defeat in his kokoro for just a moment.

Gray Fly

Its because he was the diablo so its okay to suffer until the end of times.

bruno and giorno were about to betray the boss anyways

Also note that Bruno saw himself in his first encounter with KC, which happens to no one else. Araki just forgets shit sometimes.

And?

Thats because Diavolo wanted him to see it.

I think that user means that the Bucci gang were going to kill Diavolo anyway because muh drugs, but Trish getting hurt just sped up their plans.

Has it ever been established that a stand user can give another user their power? Diavolo wasn’t even touching Bruno, by what means could Bruno see himself through Epitaph?

Diavolo can give epitah to doppio which is the basis of that theory i believe

He can't do it. That's just a fan theory based on Diavolo saying that he was showing Bruno his power.

Doppio shares his body and stand with Diavolo. They are two separate souls, but both can use KC.

As far as I can tell, the only reason that Doppio doesn’t use KC’s time erase is that he’s not aware of this. He thinks that the boss is lending epitaph and KC’s arms to him, when in reality they share the stand.

To this day I hardly fucking understand Diavolo's character motivation. I mean, did I miss something? It seems like he just didn't want his identity to be known for the sake of it not being known, that's it. What was his reasoning for becoming a paranoid lunatic? Or was it literally just nothing more than "yep he's just a schizoid"?

At least Kira had the obvious motivation that he was a serial killer and wanted to life a peaceful life, therefore it makes sense that he didn't want to be known. Even Dio ultimately had a motivation for his typical cartoon baddy desire to rule over all of the ningen. Diavolo just felt like a very underdeveloped and strange villain, and in some ways, like a worse Kira. Of course, I think part 5 was a very underdeveloped and weak part in general, but that's a story for another time

Attached: 1408582888379.png (429x426, 57K)

>wanted to life a peaceful life
wanted to live*

Diavolo wants to live at the apex of life. He wants to be in charge of an extremely powerful gang while also being untouchable and unidentifiable. Which is why his daughter is a problem.

It's not that complicated. He's a gang boss who doesn't want to be assassinated.

But, he was already a schizoid and doing fucked up shit well before Passione was ever a thing. He went under an assumed name and constantly lied about himself to his girlfriend, and then ostensibly burned down his town and murdered everybody he knew to keep his identity secret, and this was all before he was the Bossu.

He was thinking ahead.

episode 38 when?

>and murdered everybody he knew to keep his identity secret
Oh, and just to add to this, in particular, he buried his mom alive and sewed her mouth shut. So, it seems like he was pretty autistic about his identity well before he was a gang boss.

Honestly, the best reasoning I can come up with for him is just that he's mentally ill and there's not necessarily any deeper reasoning beyond that--he just sperged out one day. Kind of a weak reasoning when all of the other villains are much more fleshed out, but oh well.

So, you think he had plans for Passione ahead of time?

Sunday.

Once you sperg out that hard you have to just roll with the villain shtick

He has a weird obsession with "defeating" his past by destroying all ties to it.

His motivation was to reach a place of unparalleled power and be untouchable at the same time. Being a paranoid schizo was just part of his inherent character, presumably from day 1.

Also wanted to mention that his goals pretty much align perfectly with his stand. In the chapter when he meets Bruno, he suggests life is like a tide that ebbs and flows. But with King Crimson, his life will never ebb, as he can foresee the future and negate/skip the ebb of the tide to remain at the peak of his life.

Why the multiweek wait?

He was a forward thinker.

Recap episodes ate up their schedule and they used up the time slot.

The only real explanation that's consistent with KC's powers is that he saw himself alley-ooping narancia into the bars in his prediction so he was able to perform it during the skipped time.

>>Villain's whole agenda is he regrets not getting a vasectomy
unironically better motive than 99% of evil anime villians

Would be better if the bottom left was just a misspelling of “peaceful life”.

Diavolo is severely paranoid, his whole persona is about hiding and protecting himself while he still needs control over every single aspect in his life. He could have ignored Trish after murdering the Assasins and he will be fine.

Part 5 is not about some teenagers who are tired about the gangs selling drugs to kids
. It is about the slow mental breakdown of a Megalomaniac and the downward spiral his actions lead him to.

you're not wrong. part 5 is brainless action but its entertaining at least up until the last assassin squad member is killed, shit goes downhill from there

>He could have ignored Trish after murdering the Assasins and he will be fine.
No, because then someone else would have used her to find him.

How

How about you actually watch it and see how they did it

No, how they could track the boss thorugh Trish?

It's explained in the show

When?

Narancia’s death felt weird because of this

Like every time the characters talk about why they want to capture Trish

>evil
I don't think you know what that word means.
He wanted to kill his OWN offspring and was denied of that because of some meddling kids.
He wanted to stay anonymous, much like the people on /g/, and /pol/.

The thing is that there was a fate, a "writed" one that was actually altered
That is what ephitany is for, the point of that ability was showing us the fate, the predestined fate that was unalterable, unalterable for everyone exept King Crimson and later golden experience requiem, but there was a writed fate that was altered

But the events that would cause Diavolo to recieve King Crimson was part of that written fate. It's actually impossible for that written fate to ever occur because of what was written before it.
