A ranger with +50 Crit/Agil and +10 STR is objectively better than a warrior with +30 STR and +40 INT.

Chopper can fight I admit, but he's the ship's doctor. He isn't meant to be a warrior like Zoro, Luffy or Sanji. Everyone has their role to play on the ship, but it's good that all the crew members can hold their own in battle I guess. Nami's weather rod is pretty OP, though against actual strong people I doubt it'll do much. Usopp can use haki, but he doesn't really have it mastered or knows how to use it properly like Luffy, Zoro, and Sanji do.
