The events of FGO only happen in FGO. In the world where FGO is set, there is only one Grail War in Fuyuki, in 2004, and the Greater Grail is not corrupted. Furthermore, in all timelines that are not FGO, Goetia's plan for the Incineration of Human History never becomes active because Flauros does not support it and decides to commit suicide to prevent it from happening. For whatever reason, something happens in the FGO world that makes Flauros get on board with it.

The reason you think that is because you are mistaken. Magan just means that you have a circuit in your eyes that performs a function when you power it with prana. Low-ranking ones like Binding (what that dropout in the first episode was using) or Whisper (what Ciel has in Tsukihime) can actually be manufactured. The ones that are rare are rare precisely BECAUSE they can't be produced by any means and usually come from some ancient and powerful form of Mystery. The MEoDP, for example, are literally the same power that was once possessed by the Fomorian Balor.
