Just make them stop pumping out monogatari every year and have them do something original again.

Zoku was incredibly stale and bland. Don't know if it's bad writing on nisio's part or bad directing, but holy shit it was easily the worst monogatari by a long shot.

Monogatari, Madoka and 3-gatsu no Lion are the only relevant IPs they have right now. Their style is long gone, 3-gatsu was pretty much their last good anime, almost like a dying light, and before that I can't even remember which was their last good anime. The Fireworks fiasco probably killed some connections with producers or something like that, which wasn't looking good already judging by the small number of adaptations (aside from Monogatari) they got to do in these past few years.
They sold their soul to Aniplex.
I blame Nisio. Anime was ok, I guess. Even for a terminal state Shaft, the adaptation was better than your usual second-rate seasonal stuff.

As long as shinbou is there to train new directors they'll be fine. If that chart is true and they still have the madoka and 3-gatsu directors they'll be fine in that department. What you hope they learn out of this is how not to make that many want to quit at once again. The only concerning thing is that they didn't put out anything this year and fake madoka is the only thing slated for the future.
