Memes aside, Guts didn't actually kill 100 men in that battle. Everyone forgets that Casca was putting in some serious work before Guts convinced her to run away. And even when she left, a good chunk of enemies chased her and got killed by her and the other hawks who showed up and saved her, so that's even more kills stolen from Guts. Realistically he only kille 70-85 of them entirely on his own. This is of course assuming there were literally just 100 guys, no more and no less.
