I'm guessing when she was still getting used to magic she accidentally cast some spell on the family. Maybe some sort of obsession spell which is why Anna is so mad, because she's affected by it too but because she's cognisant of it, she can use her anger to partly suppress it.
Or thinking about it a bit further. We know for sure that Anna and Shingetsu used to be friends when they were little. Maybe when Shingetsu first joined the family, everyone in the family was cruel to her except for Anna. So maybe Shingetsu ended up casting some spell to make the family nicer to her, which caused an unnatural obsession with Shingetsu and Anna is so pissed off as she sees it as a betrayal.

She obviously made Anna feel like her place as the heir was being usurped. She turns out to be super gifted at magic, everyone oohs and ahs and fusses over her, Anna resents her and sees her as deliberately trying to steal her rightful place. We see the same thing going on with her being jealous of how pleased her mother is with her imouto’s gymnastics, sitting through the performance her her mother’s praise with gritted teeth.
Hence the whole “delete magic” thing - she feels that if it weren’t for her turning out to be a prodigy wizard, she could still have been with Anna and her family, not realizing that they didn’t just want her as a HGW pawn, they genuinely love her, and that the problem is Anna’s own insecurities about herself.

Drosera are carnivorous plants. Suisho's jazz hands may be a reference to the appendages these plants use for capturing prey, either way, it's quite obvious she's waiting to spring a trap. Nocturne as a musical composition means evoking the night.
