When's Touko cameo?

Best track

Dunno. She appeared in vol 2 + 3 in the LN, but we don't know if they would put her in the original content part or not.

She shows up again in the final arc.

>Hishiri

So the Japanese femme fatale makes her debut. I've only read the first volume, but her banter with Waver there was pretty good.

Agree. She is my most favorite Case Files original character (with Melvin too). Looking forward to her first appearance on anime.

Stop bullying Waver he just wants to read and play his videogames!

>Hishiri
Nice, but I was kinda hoping for a Bazzet encounter given the post-credit scene last time. Not much, just seing Waver seethe a bit.

She is great. There is also a revelation about Hishiri in the last arc that took me by surprise.

When did she go to Fuyuki again? She might have already set off and gotten shanked.

Before Atrum got punked, and that was around a month before the war formally started.

This point in time in Case Files should be around November, two months before.

>There is also a revelation about Hishiri in the last arc that took me by surprise.
Could you post it (with spoiler) here ? Thanks a lot user.

>Sherlock Holmes but with magick and cute anime girls

She main antagonist's sister.

Attached: 56610c07d3997aff.jpg (797x1644, 148K)

Why do these mages keep having multiple kids.

Father was one of the survivors of Albion, had wife and son inside the labyrinth. He went out and got second wife and daughter. Then he died.

Heracles was summoned two months before (November).
Lancer was probably summoned in December.
Caster was summoned one month before (December).
Assassin was summoned at one point in January.
Rider was summoned January 29th.
Archer was summoned January 30th.
Saber was summoned January 31st.

So Bazett should still be well during Rail Zeppelin (late November).

wait what
so Hishiri is Heartless's younger sister? Also do they know they are half-siblings?
Anyway thanks for your replies user.

That's Adashino at the bottom right?

Yes that's her

Attached: IMG_8976.jpg (1200x675, 110K)

She knows there is some relationship between Heartless and her brother, and she is trying to know what that is. Her involvement in Rail Zeppelin is related to that.

Are we in Rail Zeppelin proper or is this tile original content?

It seems original content to delve a bit more into Reines, Mercury maid and Adashino Hishiri.

Still original content according to the synopsis. Basically special spiritual evocationist workshop goes amok and people die. Waver who wants to be in good graces to that department (to participate in the HGW) goes to help. Adashino is the one Policies sent.

Why is it always spiritual evocation? Just so Gray is always useful?

To be fair that has been mostly an anime thing so far.

Dunno, probably yeah. The reason why Waver got to meet Gray is also because he was finding a person who's good at dealing with spiritual stuff for the 5th HGW btw.

>Marbury
I can't tell if this means it's Olga's dad and transcribing english being off or something actually detached.

That's the name of the workshop, so it's unrelated.

That's not Marisbilly (マリスビリー). The name in the synopsis is マーベリー

Reines is only girl who can use mercury for sounding.

Okay.
EOP but damn with him apparently being the cause of the 1930 incident in Extra's timeline branch I feel like I can't discount the idea of shoving him into a more major role in the mage world.

Animuspheres are by far the most shady magus family right now

Well, he is kind of the cause to the main plot in Case Files. At least one of them.

I assumed so given Olga's on the cover of I believe Volume 4?

Well, she is a relevant character in two arcs.

Olga is involved in Rail Zeppelin and Grand Roll.

Yeah but I was more meaning "If Olga is going to be a notable character across a handful of cases, I'm assuming her dad's gonna mess some stuff up."

He is just mentioned, but he basically was the one to hire Heartless to investigate what Fuyuki's Holy Grail War is about. Then it's implied Marisbury noticed that the Grail was no good and not useful for him.

So what's her mystic eyes?
Magii don't need to wear glasses unless they have ME.

Her Mystic Eyes find lost things.

Like car keys and stuff? That's handy.

>1930
1970

There are a lot of types of Mystic Eyes. Some are super unique like Death Perception, other not so. Anyway, those are really useful for her job.

Illya has Mystic Eyes in FSN and hers are generic Mystic Eyes of Charm.

Having more varied types it's a bad thing? You want all of them to be special snowflakes? Since the first day the lore has been that there are lots of kinds of those.

>You want all of them to be special snowflakes?
Yeah, ideally I'd keep MEs as rare and powerful abilities. If every other shmuck has some form of ME then it becomes a bland shounenesque meme.

Mystic Eyes have never been rare. Mystic Eyes of Charm, Binding etc are common. Mystic Eyes of Petrification, Death Perception, Distortion etc are rare with MEoDP being one of a kind.

That's kind of redundant for illya since she's so cute.

Attached: 1531206680493.jpg (2507x3541, 738K)

I disagree, I think they become a bland shounenesque meme if you have them as those super special rare and powerful abilities that conveniently only relevant characters of MCs have. Having a higher pool of more common or not just powerlevel based MEs works better.

MEs are basically a mutation in the circuits around the eyes. Most MEs are basically something mages achieve using the craft to imitate average MEs of charm and paralysis.

You only think she's cute because of the eyes.

They never were that. The rare ones are what you want, but there are other average mystic eyes out there. That has been the setting since day 1.

But I love blinded Illya too.

or

Why the fuck is Reines hanging out in broad daylight with her metal maid.

it's cosplay

I like train episodes, just wish there would be less of those two annoying shotas, I already hate them.

They aren't shota.

I wish that Waver had been allowed to compete in the 5th HGW. So that Gray could dash his hopes by accidentally summoning Artoria instead.

Attached: fate add 2.jpg (1280x720, 829K)

Maybe it's a train for mages.

Okay, then just little shits.

Hogwarts express?

>Waver, the dude, has the best hair at that table

wew.

They still will have their chance in Dismantlement Grail War, if adaptation ever happens.

Waver has the best hair in Tower.

>cant post reine pics anymore after ip range has been blocked fromm file uploads

Did this happen to anyone else?

Just (you)

You should write to mods, I once got banned because of dynamic ip.

why?

He's gay.

pretty sure they just ask you to buy a pass now.

No, they unbanned me without pass.

Man you should take a look at archeology.

>Dismantlement Grail War
By the way, what Route would you want them to follow in potential adaptation?

how did you write to them?

4channel.org/feedback

They are never going to follow any. The whole Nasu saying that Waver and Shirou will never met outside of that little fanservice at the end of the UBW Anime makes clear they will get as far of that as possible as they have always been doing.

On HA Illya walks into Shirou's school like she owns the place, after casting a don't-pay-attention-to-me field arround herself.
Reines probably is doing something similar.

Dismantlement Grail War happens in both Fate and UBW routes and Rin is always pressent with El-Melloi, but there still be several differences that needs to be somehow adressed.

>that needs to be somehow adressed.
>needs
They do what they want

They actually never put HF out of it given the whole Dismantlement War thing is a retcon in the first place and the Complete Material talks about the Clock Tower bringing back the Great Grail into function again. Meaning that it was not working at that point in time.

They even explain that inconsistency in the UBW Anime Booklet II by saying once the Einzberns are gone, the Great Grail simply ceases to work. So the whole Dismantlement works regardless the route, HF included.

As far we know, Dismantlement War is a thing in all routes, They never went out to say that was only Fate and UBW, that was just a fanon assumption. World Material is pretty vague and uses words to explain it that can make it work even in HF.

Dropped. This is just too fucking dumb.

In that case they would need address even more of things.

Or just not address anything and make it a mystery route or AU like SF.

Nooo delet this! Saber is cute! Cute!

>Zettai ryouiki

user, keep your shitty tastes to yourself.

She also has snake related magecraft. I guess that's where her "not die" thing comes from.

Snakes are super strong in Type-Moon projects.

What's the context for this?

context of what nigga

The Grail's gone there. They're only there to eradicate the grail completely. No Servants can be summoned because the Greater Grail is destroyed.

I kind of wonder who the fuck even gets involved in that nasty shit which by that point is a five-times proved failure of a ritual. There's the El Melloi faction going about its destruction of course, but who would be the rest?

The great families? But I hear Zouken withers away and dies even routes where he isn't killed, same with the Einzberns. and by that point the Tohsaka representative is is already part of the Norwich circus.

The department of policies/enforcers? Could be there, but only to help shut it down, so more people on Waver's side. Doesn't seem like something that'd interest the other lords or the big three factions of the Clocktower, same for Atlas and the Wandering Sea.

The church? Doesn't seem like they'd give a fuck. They barely cared enough to send a mediator before and now there's no potential wish in line.

Seems to me like the only competitors for the destruction of the ritual are some rogue magi and spellcasters. Maybe some animusphere cunt trying to start shit, or the pretty much guaranteed scenario of some lunatic from Archeology ready to start their secret project.

I saw a discussion about that in the japanese bbs after Case Files ended and they got to the conclusion that probably it's a Democratic Faction thing trying to salvage the Great Grail for some other uses.

The grail's real and it's designed to punch a hole through the boundary and into the Root. Up to then, most of the Association just assumed it was a minor ritual in the far east, but by the end of the Fifth War, there's undeniable proof that there's something solid to it. Especially after the Heaven's Feel route, where Ilya was actually able to achieve the Third Magic. Even if the Greater and Lesser Grails are gone, the remaining vestiges of that ritual could have value. El Melon 2 believes that something like the Holy Grail should just be destroyed, so he arrives to get rid of it completely, but there are those in the Clock Tower who can't bring themselves to ignore the possibility of a system that's actually capable of reaching the Root. That's why a bloody conflict starts at all.

Remember, the Fuyuki Grail was originally constructed by human hands. Sure, it was a magnificent piece of work constructed by the Makiri and Einzberns, two old and brilliant magus lineages, with the Tohsaka providing the land, but even so, it was still created by people. There's the possibility that it's possible to reconstruct it by getting your hands of what's left and filling in the rest. In any case, El Melon can't ignore that possibility so he wants it completely gone.

>Trambelliofags
Of course.

The words used in World Material to talk about what the Association wants to do with the Great Grail is the 大聖杯の復興, which can be translated as the "revival/reconstruction/restoration of the Great Grail".

Kara no kyoukai is still better than this pseudofate spinoff

Yeah. To be honest, it's probably not possible since both the Einzbern and Zouken completely give up after it's destroyed/closed in Fate/stay night. They both understand that all their dreams and ambitions have been cut off completely. If they can't revive the Grail, then the Association probably can't either.

I don't know, the Clock Tower have some heavy hitters there too.

Also the Einzbern give up because of Illya's death. They act like machines so if their greateast and impossible to surpass accidental creation fails, they just give up and Acht shuts down the entire thing.

If the Snowfield war is possible with some info and fragments from the Great Grail, then the Clock Tower is certainly able to do something similar by having access to the Mount Enzou.

Fate/strange fake is basically Narita's fanfiction. Nasu himself doesn't really regard any of it as canon to his world and delegates it to a separate world cut off from the rest. Besides, it's obvious that the Snowfield Grail is heavily flawed.

Snowfield war is canon enough that Da Vinci makes a mention to it during FGO though. Same with some characters like Fake Assassin, also mentioned in FGO by the other Hassans or Francesca.

Nasu gave Narita the power to do whatever he wants yeah, but he takes what happens there as something relevant unless he changes his opinion on something.

Anyone can make a grail if they know how it works, but in Fate/Apocrypha, all the derivative grails are duds. Only the original grail in Yggdrmillenia's possession has any real worth.

We play Nasu's shitting on Narita as a joke, but actually he regards him well enough to gave him the chance to write Enkidu's interlude in FGO.

Nasu as a whole doesn't like to breath down the other writers necks, he prefers to gave them free reign and change something later if it doesn't fit. It's not even unique to Narita, he did exactly the same with Zero and Urobuchi.

That's true, but the same's true for him. If he regarded everything every write writes as canon, he'd have a hard time himself.

That's why having access to the original is important. If it was a random mage, yeah, but if we talk about the Clock Tower there definitely are lineages as old as the Einzberns there that would be interested into what that mountain has to offer. This is an organization founded by a still alive 2000 years old director with departaments originally set up by Solomon's apprentices (like Folklore) and lineages spawning from those times. Other than the Einzberns, if anyone knows what to do with the Grail is them.

Even Case Files plays this angle about the Clock Tower not being really clueless about the Grail War, but it's more of a case of someone inside squelching the info for other reasons.
